中文摘要:随着我国经济的发展,企业的差旅活动日益频繁,差旅开支不断增多,已经成为继企业人力成本之后的第二大可控成本,是企业“节流”的重点对象。将差旅业务外包,借助专业的差旅管理公司进行管理以节省差旅支出,成为了很多企业的必然选择。 差旅活动中的机票、酒店预订等属于旅游企业的传统业务,因此旅游企业经营差旅管理业务拥有先天的优势,而差旅管理业务稳定而高额的利润也吸引着很多旅游企业进入差旅管理市场,但是很多旅游企业的经营状况并不理想,一些旅游企业因经营不善被迫退出市场。由于经营模式会直接影响一个企业的经营状况,因此对差旅管理业务经营模式进行研究非常有必要。 首先,本文梳理了差旅管理的相关理论,对旅游企业差旅管理业务经营模式的概念进行了界定,并对其组成要素进行了分析,以此作为指导后续比较研究的理论基础。其次,根据核心竞争力的来源,将我国旅游企业差旅管理业务经营模式划分为中外合作经营模式和自主经营模式,从市场规模、市场定位、差旅管理资源、技术和管理创新、服务内容、服务流程、服务网络和盈利渠道八个方面对二者进行了比较分析。再次,分别选取两种经营模式中经营业绩最好的旅游企业——国旅运通和携程旅行网进行比较分析,总结二者的成功经验。最后,在比较分析的基础上,对现有经营模式提出了一些改进建议,以期能为旅游企业开展差旅管理业务提供借鉴。  
英文摘要:With the development of our national economy, enterprise's travel activities have become increasingly frequent, and travel expenses continuously increase, becoming the second largest controllable cost of enterprise after the human cost, which also is the major object in the enterprise’s plan of reducing expenditure. At present, it has become an inevitable choice for enterprise to outsource travel service and use the professional travel management company to manage travel activities in order to save the travel expenses. Booking ticket, hotel and so on involved in travel activities are the traditional businesses of tourism enterprise, which make the tourism enterprise have innate advantages to conduct travel management business, and travel management’s stable and high yields also attracts many tourism enterprises to enter the market, but the operating conditions of many tourism enterprises is not ideal, and some tourism enterprises are forced to withdraw from the market due to poor management. Business model can directly influence the operations of an enterprise, so it is necessary to make research on travel management business model. First, this dissertation reviews the related theory of travel management, then defines the concept of tourism enterprise’s travel management business model, and analyzes its elements, which will be a guiding theoretical basis of subsequent comparative study. Secondly, according to the source of core competence, this dissertation divides tourism enterprise’s travel management business model into chinese-foreign cooperative model and independent operation model, and makes a comparative analysis from eight aspects, which are market scale, market positioning, travel management resources, technology and management innovation, service content, service procedure, service network and earnings channel. Again, chooses the two tourism enterprises - CITS American Express and Ctrip which are best in operation performance from the two models to make comparative analysis and summarizes their successful experience. Finally, puts forward some improvement suggestions for the present business model on the basis of comparative analysis, so as to provide reference for tourism enterprises to develop travel management business.
