中文摘要: | 随着经济全球化和科学技术的发展,企业面临的环境越来越凸显其动态性。改革开放后,我国经济体制的转变,国民收入的提高,尤其是加入WTO和电脑、通讯技术的发展,使我国企业面临的外部环境更是天翻地覆。在这种动态的环境中,我国企业将如何应对以实现生存乃至长青呢? 论文选用新近比较受欢迎的“演化理论”作为理论基础,以组织学习为研究核心,并选用了国美电器和苏宁电器两家国内企业,通过对两家公司总的市场份额、分产品的市场份额、地理市场的分公司和店面布局,资本市场的募资情况等五个方面的数据进行分析,目的是研究国内企业在处于同行竞争激烈的环境中,它的组织学习特征,以及组织学习对企业绩效和企业市场地位的影响,还有组织学习对企业竞争影响的演化过程与结果。 通过研究,论文得到四个结论:(1)面临复杂激烈的产业竞争环境,企业的组织学习表现为模仿他人的行动和根据自身条件、历史经验行动的结合;在企业相对弱小的时期,企业组织学习中模仿他人的成分更多;在企业相对强势的时期,企业组织学习中自我创新的成分更多。(2)互相竞争的两个企业之间会呈现绩效随时间此起彼伏的“红桃皇后”现象——即一种两个竞争企业绩效呈现“一年你高一年我高”的过程。(3)在企业与竞争对手具有多个共同市场的情况下,企业之间在分市场会彼此减小竞争力度。(4)企业分产品市场表现出“先行者优势”现象,先进入分产品市场的企业在该市场保持绩效更优。 过去的演化理论较多停留在方法论的应用上,没有形成完整的理论体系。本文以演化理论为基础,以组织学习为核心概念贯通已有演化理论,探讨了组织学习在演化理论中的概念,组织学习影响下的企业竞争路径形态和结果,由点及面,为演化和组织学习理论研究做出新的尝试。此外,在对红桃皇后推动企业不断组织学习,不断提升这一效应以及国美、苏宁两家公司的快速扩张的关注下,本文在结尾提出了关于组织学习对企业边界关系的猜想以供读者讨论。 | |
英文摘要: | With the advent of economic globalization and updating of the science and technology, dynamism has become more and more prominent in the environment that enterprises encounter. In China, the situation is even more obvious. As a result, the external environment that Chinese enterprise is facing has undergone earth-shaking changes. How should the enterprises response, in such dynamic context, for the sake of survival? We select one of the most popular theories-the evolutionary theory-as the theoretical foundation for our research, with organizational learning as the research core. Then we choose Gome and Suning, two mainland electrical appliances, as the object we take for analysis. The aim of our research is to study the characteristics of the organizational learning of enterprises which face fierce competition, the organizational learning’s impacts in corporate performance and competitive position, as well as the way organizational learning influence the industy competition and its result. Through our research, we get four conclusions: (1) When the enterprises are not strong enough, the organizational learning is charactered by coping others; but when they have become relating strong, innovation will take up a larger part in the organizational learning. (2) The Red Queen effect will show up as a result of the bounded rationality of organizational learning, which is charactered by one’s corporate performance is better than the other’s in a time, but an opposite situation will show up in next time between two industry rivals. (3) When an enterprise has more than one common market with its rival, its action will be weaker than they have only one common market. (4) The corporate who enter a market first will achieve better performance. The original evolutional theory attaches more importance to the application of methodology, which fails to form a complete theoretical system. Therefore, this paper attempts to enrich the existed evolutional theory with the organizational learning as the key concept, and form a systemic theory. In the end, we add a discussion section about the organizational learning’s relation with the enterprise boundary. | |
