中文摘要:实践证明,面对日益激烈的竞争、多变的环境以及多元变化的市场需求,项目这种组织结构形式,依靠其快速反应能力、对资源的优化组合能力、学习能力以及前瞻性探索能力等特征,已经成为现代企业的一种重要的组织结构形式。同时,随着知识经济时代的到来,为了提高企业的自主创新能力,需要建立一种面向创新的项目导向型企业。项目导向型企业的业务活动都是建立在众多繁杂的项目上,企业内部需要建立基于多项目的战略管理模式,其中项目组合管理就是一种得到广泛运用地的将战略管理与项目管理相联系的管理方法。 一方面,以往项目管理的研究多是集中于单个项目层面;另一方面,现有的项目组合管理的相关研究往往局限于某一类型的项目组合或者仅仅探讨项目组合管理的某一个环节,还缺少更全面地定量和定性研究。此外,一直以来,项目管理的研究主要集中于两个学派,一是优化学派,二是关键因素学派。因此,本文从多项目管理视角出发,以项目导向型企业中项目组合成功影响因素研究为题。 本文在对相关理论回顾的基础上明确项目导向型企业的界定,并从四个方面企业内部多项目管理环境、企业战略、组织结构、企业文化对其进行独特性分析。然后结合以往的关于项目组合成功因素的研究结论和项目导向型企业的独特性,对项目导向型中项目组合成功的标准和项目组合成功影响因素展开分析,从单个项目成功、协同效应、战略匹配、平衡性四个维度界定了项目组合成功的标准;从企业层面、多项目层面、单项目层面构建了项目组合成功影响因素的模型。 在前文理论分析的基础上,提出了概念模型和研究假设。本文通过对典型行业的项目导向型企业内的管理人员进行调研,运用多种数据分析方法,对研究假设进行了检验,同时构建了项目导向型企业中项目组合成功评估体系,并在此基础上为项目导向型企业提出了项目组合管理建议。  
英文摘要:Practice has proved that, facing the increasing competition, changing environment and multiple changes in market demand, project, the form of organizational structure, relying on its rapid response, optimization of resource, learning capacity and exploring ability, has become a modern important organizational structure. At the same time, with the advent of the era of knowledge economy, in order to enhance the capability of independent innovation, establishing a project-oriented innovation company is needed. Previous studies are limited to a single project environment. In fact, there often is a multiple-project environment in a company. The project successful factors in project-oriented company have become a more important question. Business in project-oriented company is based on numerous projects, so strategy management model based on multi-project management is needed to construct in project-oriented companies. Project-portfolio management is a widely used management methods based on strategy management. On the one hand, past research on project management focused on single project level; on the other hand, the existing project portfolio management related study focuses on project portfolio chosen field and still lack more comprehensive quantitative and qualitative research. Since always, project management research focuses on two schools, one is optimizing school and another is the key factor school. Therefore, this paper from multi-projects management perspective, chooses “Research on project portfolio success factors in project-oriented company” as the title. Based on recalling the relevant theory, we clearly define the project-oriented company and analysis the uniqueness of project-oriented company from four aspects, multiple-project environment, corporate strategy, organization structure and corporate culture. And then combining past research with the uniqueness of project-oriented company, it builds an integrated model of project success factors in project-oriented company. We put forward the conceptual model and research hypotheses based on above theoretical analysis. Through research on management in project-oriented companies of typical project-based industry, we do factor analysis and multiple regression analysis to test the hypotheses. And then we put forward management advice base on this.
