中文摘要:“物联网”被称为继计算机、互联网之后,世界信息产业的第三次浪潮,目前已成为我国七大战略性新兴产业之一,必将带动我国产业转型、经济更快更好的发展。为更有效地协调产业链相关各方的技术资源、产业资源和社会资源优势整合,实现产业资源最优配置,中关村物联网产业联盟决定建设物联网产品信息推介平台,以更好的推动行业发展、服务联盟成员。 以往研究表明信息中介服务的发展极大地降低了由于交易中的信息不完全和信息不对称所产生的交易成本,更方便顾客从销售商处以更低的价格购买产品。然而信息中介的发展对于产品销售渠道竞争的影响以及产业发展的影响尚不是很清楚,特别是针对以物联网为代表的新兴信息技术产业的发展相关研究较少。 本文尝试运用博弈论等相关理论知识建立博弈决策分析模型,定量分析物联网产业联盟建设产品信息推介平台对于产业链上下游的影响,探讨产品信息中介平台的建立是否有其真正的市场价值,从而辅助于联盟建设物联网产品信息中介平台的商业决策。 首先对信息中介服务、物联网及物联网产业链等概念、发展及相关理论研究进行了简要概括和总结,并对物联网产业未来发展及物联网产品信息推介前景进行预测分析。然后对本文关于物联网产品信息中介平台构建决策的研究问题和研究假设进行描述并建立博弈模型,通过定量模型对比分析物联网产业联盟建设产品信息推介平台建成前后,物联网产业链各利益相关者及产业链整体的收益变化和反应,进而推理出信息推介平台建立所带来的市场价值。 最后总结本文研究分析结论,并提出相应的决策意见及未来的管理建议。然而毕竟该领域研究还处于起步阶段,尚有更多的地方需要进一步改进和探索。 
英文摘要:As the world’s third wave of the information industry after the computer and the internet, “the internet of things” has become one of the seven strategic emerging industries, and will drive our country industry restructuring and economic development faster. To effectively coordinate the integration of technical and industry resources, the Z-Park internet of Things Industry Alliance decided to build the internet of things industry infomediaries platform to better promote the industry development and serve the alliance members. Previous studies show that the information intermediary services significantly reduces the transaction costs generated by the incomplete and asymmetric transaction information, and can be more convenienct for customers to buy what needed at a lower price. However, it is not yet clear for the impact of the marketing competition on sales channels and the industrial development, especially for the emerging Internet of Things industry, related research is less. This article attempts to explore the true market value for the establishment of product information platform. Therefore we use game theory to establish game and decision analysis models to quantitatively analyze the impact of the informediaries platform’s construction for the internet of things industry value chain and the improved benefits of stakeholders, thus supporting the industry alliance’s business decision of establishing product information intermediary platform. Firstly we briefly summarize and conclude the concepts and related theories of the internet referral services and the “internet of things”, and predict the future development of the internet of things industry and the prospects of the industry internet referral services. Then describe the research questions of the industry informediaries platform building decision and make model assumptions. At last with the comparative analysis of our game models we got the benefits and reaction of the industry supply chain and stakeholders before and after the industry alliance establish the product internet referral platform, and then infer the market value brought by the platform. At last we got our research conclusion though our model analysis, and promote our decision-making advice and recommendations. However, research in this field is still in its infancy, there’s more room for further improvement and exploration.
