中文摘要：	随着经济的迅速发展，市场竞争进一步加剧。企业的管理者发现在面临消费者日益个性化、多样化的需求变化时，仅仅依靠单个企业的努力已经远远不够，企业间的竞争已经转化为供应链与供应链之间的竞争。而要使供应链上的企业的行为得到协调，使得每个供应链成员的决策有利于实现供应链整体利润的最大，共同分担市场风险，实现双方共赢，就需要采用合适的供应链契约。因此，对供应链契约的研究具有重要的现实意义和理论价值。 本文正是在这样的背景下展开研究的，具体的说，本文研究了在回购政策下的供应链契约设计问题。首先，本文阐述了论文的研究背景和研究意义，以及研究的主要问题；接着，文章对供应链相关的理论文献进行了回顾总结。针对单一回购政策的不足，本文构建了两个新的联合契约。在本文的第三章，构建了回购——数量折扣联合契约，研究了其在供应链协调中分担风险、改善利润率等方面的情况，并与单一回购政策下的供应链协调做了横向比较；在本文的第四章，构建了回购——销售回扣联合契约，研究了其在供应链协调中风险分担、改善利润率等方面的情况，并与单一回购政策下的供应链协调做了横向比较，得出了相关结论。最后，本文对论文所研究的结论和创新点进行了总结，并提出了进一步的研究方向。 关键词：供应链协调 回购政策 数量折扣 销售回扣 共赢
英文摘要：	With the rapid economic development, market competition further intensified than before. And Enterprise managers found that consumers in the face of increasingly personalized, diversified needs change, relying on the efforts of individual enterprises has been far from enough, competition among enterprises has been transformed into the supply chain and supply chain competition.In order to make the supply chain to the behavior are coordinated so that each member of the supply chain decision-making is conducive to achieving the maximum profit of the whole supply chain to share the market risk and achieve win-win situation both sides, we need to use the appropriate supply chain contract. Therefore, the research on supply chain contract has important practical and theoretical value. This article is in this context a study, and specifically, the buy-back policy in this paper under the perishable product supply chain contract design problem. First, this article describes the research background and significance, and study the main issues; then, the article on the theory of supply chain literature was reviewed and summarized. Less than for a single buy-back policy, Then we construct two new joint contract. In this third chapter, constructed repurchase - volume discounts joint contract, study its coordination in the supply chain share the risk and improve profit margins and other aspects of the situation and buy-back policy with a single supply chain coordination to do the horizontal comparison; in Chapter IV of this paper was constructed buy-back - Sales rebates joint contract to study the coordination in the supply chain risk-sharing, improving profit margins and other aspects of the situation and buy-back policy with a single supply chain coordination made a lateral comparison, the relevant conclusions. Finally, the conclusions of the thesis research and innovation are summarized, and proposes further research directions.
