中文摘要：	制造业中小企业的生存与发展一直是我国市场经济的重要组成部分，为国民经济的发展做出了重要贡献。金融危机以来，我国制造业中小企业面临诸多发展困境。本文针对这一问题，结合创业管理研究领域的最新热点，采用了SPSS16.0和AMOS软件对研究样本进行了描述性统计分析、因子分析、相关分析、方差分析和回归分析等方法，阐述了制造业细分类下的中小企业创业导向与企业绩效之间的作用关系。最后，通过对研究假设检验结果的分析，得出了3个主要结论，并在此基础上提出了一些发展对策。 文章首先对研究背景、研究目的、研究思路和论文框架进行了交代，然后对制造业中小企业、创业导向及创业导向与企业绩效之间作用关系等相关理论进行了回顾，在此基础上提出了研究假设和研究模型。接着，根据中国中小企业协会的调查数据，利用SPSS16.0和AMOS软件进行了细致的实证分析，结果显示：制造业中小企业创业导向对企业绩效之间的正向作用关系显著；轻纺制造业、资源加工制造业和机械电子制造业这3个制造业细分类由于创新效率不同、规模效率各异、融资难等原因，创业导向转化为企业绩效的效果与方式也不尽相同。最后，在此分析的基础上，从企业和政府两个角度给出了相应的对策建议：（1）努力提高创新能力，向价值链的高附加值节点攀升。（2）强化创新转化机能，加快创新转化为经济利益的步伐。（3）抓住市场机会，开拓高潜力市场。（4）完善融资机制，改善制造业中小企业的资金问题。（5）出台政策法规，引导制造业中小企业的投资与成长。
英文摘要：	Manufacturing SME’s survival and development is always the main component of Chinese economy, made an important contribution to the development of national economy. Since the financial crisis, they are facing a lot of difficulties. According to this problem and the hotspot research in entrepreneurial management, this paper used SPSS16.0 and AMOS to deal with the data. In the process of the process, the author adopted the method such as descriptive statistical analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis, variance analysis and regression ananlysis, expounded the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and enterprise performance of the manufacturing SME’s. Finally, based on the analysis results, this paper concluded three main conclusions, and then advanced some countermeasires. The research background, objective, tuoughts and frames were given in chapter 1; then reviewed the theory about manufacturing SME’s, entrepreneurial orientation and the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and enterprise performance in chapter 2. Based on the review of related literatures, the author put forward research hypotheses and models. Then, using SPSS16.0 and AMOS software, the author meticulously analyzed the data from China SME’s Association. The results indicate: there was remarkable positive effect on the relationship between manufacturing SMES’s entrepreneurial orientation and enterprise performance. For textile manufacturing, resource processing manufacturing and mechanical electronics manufacturing, the relationship between entrepreneurinal orientation and enterprise performance was different because of the reasons such as the different innovation efficiency, different scale efficiency and difficulty in financing. Finally, some propose was given in the enterprise angle and the government angle: (1) Do efforts to improve the innovation ability, and climbed to the high value-added node of the value chain; (2) Strengthen the capability of the transformation between innovation and enterprise performance, speed up the pace of the transformation; (3)Seize market opportunities, develop the market which has higher returns; (4)Perferct the financing mechanism, improve manufacturing SME’s financing problems; (5)Issued related policy and laws, guide the investment and growth of the manufacturing SME’s.
