| 中文摘要: | 随着经济技术水平的不断发展,各种大型的、复杂的工程建设项目不断涌现。此种情况的出现以及项目群工程的较大管理难度使得如何节约成本,缩短工期成为项目管理者关注的重点。本文正是基于这些问题进行合理探索和研究,希望能为日后更好的管理项目群工程提供可借鉴的方法和经验。 本文在总结项目群理论、项目群管理理论、挣值管理理论的基础上,对工程建设项目群挣值管理流程、模型进行了研究,主要研究了以下几方面的内容。 本文首先研究了项目群挣值管理的独特性。本文以项目群为基础,从项目群管理和项目管理的关系入手,研究了项目群挣值管理的独特性。 其次研究了项目群挣值分析流程。根据挣值分析原理和思想,并结合工程建设项目群实践,本文研究了项目群挣值分析的主要流程,并分析项目群挣值分析与单项目挣值分析在这四个主要阶段的不同。 再次本文提出了项目群挣值管理模型。根据挣值管理原理,本文在工程建设项目群挣值分析流程的基础上,提出了工程建设项目群挣值管理模型的内容,并由此构建了工程建设项目群挣值管理模型的框架。 最后,本文研究了工程建设项目群挣值管理控制及保证的措施和方法。利用挣值管理原理进行工程建设项目群进度和成本控制,需要一定的支持条件和其他控制和保证措施,本文从纠偏与变更、组织架构和信息化管理、成本核算体系改进三个方面阐述了工程建设项目群挣值管理的控制及保证方法。 通过上述理论研究,本文以M院校工程建设项目群实践为案例,对挣值管理方法在工程建设项目群中的应用进行了分析和研究。 | |
| 英文摘要: | With the continuous development of economic and technological level, all sorts of large and complex engineering construction projects emerge. This situation making program managers focus on how to cut costs, shorten the construction period of program. This thesis was based on these problems to rationally explore and research, hoping to provide referential method and experience for future managing engineering construction program better. This thesis summarizes the program theory, program management theory and earned value management theory, studies the construction program earned value management process and the model, mainly includes the following aspects of content. This thesis first studied uniqueness of program earned value management. This thesis based on program,from the program management and project management, studied the relationship of the program earned value management's uniqueness. Then it studies the program earned value analysis process. According to the earned value analysis theory and thought, and combined with engineering construction program of practice, this thesis studies main processes of the program earned value analysis. In addition, this thesis also analyzes the difference in the four main stage of earned value analysis between program management and project management. What’s more, this thesis puts forward the program earned value management model. According to the earned value management principle and the construction program earned value analysis process,this thesis puts forward the contents of the construction program earned value management model and constructs the framework of construction program earned value management model. At last, this thesis studies measures and methods of engineering construction program earned value management for control and assurance. Using the earned value management principle to control construction program schedule and cost need certain support conditions and other control and assurance measures. This thesis expounds the construction program earned value management control and guarantee method in three accepts: rectification and change, organizational structure and information management, cost accounting system improvement. Through the above theory research, this thesis takes the practice of M colleges’ construction program as a case, analyzes and studies the application method of earned value management in engineering construction program. | |
