中文摘要：	摘要 项目管理作为一种系统化的方法，使项目的整个生命周期目标明确化、过程条理化、控制科学化、效率高效化等等。正因为如此，项目管理被越来越广泛地应用于各种项目，然而，项目的成功率却不尽人意。项目的成功作为项目的追求目标，不同学者的观点不同。综合分析项目成功的概念可知，项目的成功和项目利益相关者之间有着密切的关系，甚至是基于项目利益相关者理论的，所以，对于项目成功的研究就不能脱离对于项目利益相关者的研究。 根据相关的文献总结了项目的12类项目利益相关者，分别是股东、发起人、承包商、用户、项目经理、项目成员、项目监理方、员工、债权人、竞争性同行、政府和社会公众。根据研究分析将项目成功划分为三个维度，分别是项目完成效果，主要是指时间、费用、质量标准等；项目直接影响，主要指用户的感受及项目收益等；项目战略价值，主要指为未来创造的机会或者是开拓新市场等。对于项目利益相关者对项目成功的影响从两个方面考虑，分别是项目利益相关者的重要性程度的影响和对其的实际投入程度的影响。通过实证研究并从这两个角度，分析不同的项目利益相关者对于不同的项目成功维度的影响。 本文的研究项目主要以工程项目和IT项目为主，选择具备项目经验的在职人员作为调查对象，调查中涉及了调查对象对项目成功、项目利益相关者对项目成功的重要性程度及对项目利益相关者实际投入程度的评价。通过对113份有效问卷的统计分析，结果显示：（1）项目成功的三个维度分别和项目利益相关者的影响之间存在线性关系，但不同利益相关者对项目成功维度的影响程度不同；（2）为了达到项目成功，不同的项目利益相关者对项目成功的重要性程度不同；（3）为了达到项目成功，对不同的项目利益相关者的实际投入程度不同；（4）被调查对象对相同的项目利益相关者对项目成功的重要性程度的认识以及对其的实际投入程度的认识之间存在显著性差异；（5）不同属性的被调查对象对于项目成功的认识、项目利益相关者对项目成功的重要性程度的认识及对项目利益相关者的实际投入程度的认识存在显著性差异。 关键词：项目利益相关者 项目成功 重要性程度 实际投入程度
英文摘要：	Abstract Project management，as a systematic approach，targets at making the goal specifically, the procedure principled，the conformity scientifically and the process efficiently in the whole life cycle of the project.Because of this，project management has been used widely in varieties of projects.However,the success rate is not that satisfactory. The scholars have different views on project success as the pursuit of projects.The comprehensive analysis of project success shows that it have a close relationship with stakeholders,even based on the stakeholder theory.Therefore,the project success can not divorced from the projects stakeholders. According to the literature,the article summarizes 12 categories of project stakeholders , namely shareholders, sponsors, contractors, users, project managers,project members,project supervision,employees,creditors,competitive peers,government and the public. The project success is divided into three dimensions :the completion of the project results,mainly refered to the time,cost and quality and so on ;the directly effect of the project,mainly refered to the user’s experience and the revenue of the project and so on;the strategic value of the project ,mainly refered to the opportunity created for the future ,developping the new market and so on.The impact of project stakeholders on project success can be considered from two aspects,namely the degree of importance and the degree of actual investment.The impact of different stakeholders on different success dimensions is analyzed through empirical research from the two aspects. This research is mainly based on the survey of the engineering project and IT project and involveds a survey on the project success,stakeholders’ degree of importance on the project success and the actual investment to the project stakeholders,selecting the staff with the project experience for the survey.The analysis of 113 valid questionnaires shows:（1）there are linear relationships between the three dimensions of project success and the project stakeholders who has different levels of influence separately;（2）in order to achieve project success，the project stakeholders have different degrees of importance on the project success;（3）in order to achieve project success，the levels of the actual investment to the project stakeholders are different;（4）there is significant difference between stakeholders’ degree of importance on the project success and the levels of the actual investment to the project stakeholders;（5）the participants with different attributes had significant differences in the knowledge of the project success,the stakeholders’degree of importance on the project success and the level of actual investment to the stakeholders.
