| 中文摘要: | 随着全球经济进入技术驱动的新时代,企业之间已经不再局限于传统的价格、品类等的竞争,作为企业竞争力的重要构成部分---新产品的开发以及改进在日益激烈的竞争中愈发重要。新产品的开发以及改进能帮助企业提高产品竞争力、吸引更多的消费者,从而扩大市场份额获取更多利润。但是新产品开发与改进并不是一个确定实现收益的过程,相反由于新产品开发与改进过程的高额投入,例如开发投资、资源需求和技术水平等,和一些不确定性因素,例如项目成功概率、市场接受度和获利水平等,一些企业虽然了解了新产品开发与改进可能带来的益处却因各种原因并没有开展类似活动。近来,随着各行业的不断探索,新产品开发合作成为了一种解决开发活动可能存在的弊端同时实现开发收益的主要途径。在合作中,双方可以根据自己的优势对整个活动进行贡献,从而达到优势互补、资源优化配置的效果。同时,前期高额的资源需求和研发成本等投入也可以在双方间进行分担,减轻单个企业开展新产品开发改进活动的负担。 作为新产品合作开发活动的基础,本文主要研究合作双方信任关系对不同合作机制下整个开发活动的影响。研究中主要分析了新产品开发合作的三种主要机制包括:收益共享机制、投资分担机制和共同创新机制。基于新产品合作开发在不同机制下的合作过程,对三种合作分别建立模型。通过对模型的数理推导,得到不同机制下信任关系、主要因素和合作决策之间的影响关系。最后,针对目标企业,进行了不同机制下的利润对比并给出算例证明,分析了不同情况下企业的占优决策。本文通过具体的分析,为企业从建立良好的信任关系角度出发,提供关于新产品合作开发更多具有实践指导意义的建议,有助于新产品开发合作更科学、有效的开展。 | |
| 英文摘要: | As the process of global economics to technology-driven epoch, the competition among firms has not limited to traditional ones, such as price, product line and so on. As the key component of firm competitiveness, new product development (NPD) which will enlarge the product line is able to attract more customers and gain more profit by grabbing more market share. However, the process and achievement of NPD is uncertain, and the management of new product development that occurs jointly between firms presents a new set of challenges in sharing the costs and benefits of innovation, for example, the growing sophistication of component technologies and the rising costs and uncertainties of developing and launching new products require firms to collaborate in the development of new products. Due to the extremely high investment and uncertain factors, including development cost, resource commitment and so on, although advantages and profits exist, firms are reluctant to do NPD. By keeping exploring, firms have found that the collaborative new product development is a good way to handle the possible defects and gain profits. In the cooperation, collaborators complement each other's advantages to coordinate all kinds of technology and resources, contributing to collaborative new product development. At the same time, by sharing all the investment, firms can reduce the cost and risk each other. This paper focuses on the impact of trust relationship which is the basis of collaborative new product development on collaborative NPD under different collaborative mechanisms, including income sharing, invest sharing and co-innovation. Based on different process under these three mechanisms, the model is built. By mathematical deduction, the conclusion about collaborative new product development is drawn. Finally, according to focal firm, the comparison of profit among different mechanisms is made. Based on that, the author gives several suggestion for firms which is going to join in collaborative new product development,especially suggestions about how to improve the cooperation by strengthening the trust relationship. | |
