中文摘要:随着竞争新规则以及工业全球化的发展,供应链管理成为新的竞争焦点,同时成为了企业利润的第二方源泉。而库存控制作为整个需求与供应链管理流程的输出就成为供应链管理水平的重要体现。所谓世界级制造的两个关键考核指标就是客户满意度及库存周转率,而通过保证对客户及时交货来提高客户满意度,提高库存周转率本来就是库存控制的根本目的所在,也是企业的核心竞争力的体现。所以,我们可以说,库存控制就是为了实现优质的供应链管理,从而打造世界级制造企业。 本文拟阐述供应链管理的概念,基本模式,管理的目标以及绩效评估模式,旨在为建立全面供应链体系奠定基础。进而重点分析集成供应链管理条件下的库存控制基础,定位制造业的库存控制,通过分析库存的形成寻找库存控制的开关。 通过丹纳赫西特公司的供应链现状的分析,结合供应链体系的内容,对整个需求与供应链管理的关键流程进行分析,发现其库存控制的问题,找出一些影响库存控制的关键点。丹纳赫西特公司供应链管理存在的主要问题是:供应链缺乏战略规划;没有明确的绩效评估和激励机制;现有的组织结构制约供应链的发展以及供应链的内部运作需要改进。 针对丹纳赫西特公司供应链管理存在的问题,提出了相应的改进建议。从战略规划,制度建设,组织结构的调整,到供应链的具体运作的改进。供货商的分类管理以及新的采购流程的使用,改善与供货商的关系;通过物料的分类管理以及需求的预测改进,降低库存;在供应链流程中加入控制点,以实现库存数据的准确性,计划成功率以及预测数据的准确性,对如何预测监控库存提出一些改进办法,并且根据合理的流程,设计与之相匹配的组织结构及对应的角色与责任,从而实现库存的有效控制,有效改善目前的帐物不符,库存周转率低的现状,从而提高运营的效率,提高企业的核心竞争力。 希望通过对供应链管理概念的论述,以及对丹纳赫西特公司库存控制现状的分析以及改进措施,为公司的供应链管理的发展发挥积极的作用。  
英文摘要:With the development of new competitive rules and industrial globalization, supply-chain become new core competitive and the secondary profit root of enterprise. Supply-chain management is measured by inventory control which is the output of demands and supply-chain procedures. So-called world-class manufacturing is usually measured by 2 key factors: customer satisfaction and inventory turns, and the main purpose of inventory control is to improve turns and customer satisfaction through ensuring the prompt delivery to customers, in another word, inventory control is the core competitive power of enterprise. So we can say that it is inventory control that can fulfill the excellent supply-chain management, and further, to make world-class enterprise. My thesis, through explaining the concepts, basic modules, management targets and performance evaluation modules of supply-chain management, aims at building the foundation to whole supply-chain system., moreover, emphasis on analyzing inventory control foundation under the integrated supply-chain management, confirms the inventory control in manufacturing, looking for the key points of inventory control by analyzing the root cause of inventory. By the use of supply-chain system, and on the base of present situation of supply-chain of DSCG (Stand for Danaher Setra—ICG(Tianjin) Co.,LTD.) . I analyzed the key procedures of demands and supply-chain management and found out the inventory problems and some key points which affected the inventory. The main problems of DSCG supply-chain are as followings: lack of strategy plan, no definite performance evaluation and incentive system, unreasonable organization structure and internal working flow operation in supply-chain. Regarding to the above mentioned problems of DSCG, some suggestions have been made in the area of strategy, system construction, organization adjusting, and supply-chain operation. The details are: classifying suppliers and adopting new purchasing system so as to reduce the inventory; adding key control points so as to improve the accuracy of inventory data, enhance fulfilling rate of planning, and forecast accuracy etc. Some methods have been adopted on how to predict and monitor inventory fluctuation, the organization structure has been designed and the roles and corresponding responsibilities have been set up so as to fulfill the effective control to inventory, discrepancy between physical inventory and system records, increase the inventory turns, improve the operation effectiveness and core competitive. Hope that my above explanation to the supply-chain concepts, analysis to the situation of DSCG and some effective countermeasures could be helpful to the development of DSCG.
