中文摘要：	进入21世纪后，创业现象越来越得到理论界和实践界的重视，创业是经济社会发展的强大动力和促进就业的重要途径，创业受到各国政府的重，成为当今世界关注的焦点。 已有文献对创业导向的研究大都研究创业导向与组织绩效的关系，而没能对其前置因素进行大量的研究，所以本文已进行创业导向的前置因素进行探索，以便寻找新企业创建过程中创业导向的前置因素，从而更好的指导新企业的创建。 本文主要从创业环境理论、企业基础资源理论和社会资本理论出发来研究。在本文中，创业环境主要关注环境的动态性和宽松性，资源理论主要关注于资源的充裕性，社会资本理论主要关注工作经验、创业教育和管理教育对创业导向的影响。 本文的研究方法采用文献回顾法和实证研究法，通过理论和实证分析来探索新企业创建过程中创业导向的前置因素。 本文的结论指出创业环境的丰裕性影响创新性，风险承担性，工作经验影响创业的创新性和风险承担性，创业教育和管理教育对创业的前置因素也有影响。 本文提出的假设部分到了检验，研究结论具有一定的创新之处和理论意义以及实践意义，对今后在创业导向的前置因素方面的探索具有重要的理论意义，对于新企业的创建活动也具有一定得实际指导作用。
英文摘要：	In the 21st century, the entrepreneurship phenomenon has been an attention both in theory and practice o,and entrepreneurship is a powerful driving force of economic and social development and an important way to promote employment, entrepreneurship is be concerned by governments, and become the focus of today's world. The most studies of literature is on the organizational performance of entrepreneurial orientation and their antecedents have not been studied a lot, so the thesis is going to find antecedents of entrepreneurial orientation and in order to guide the creation of new enterprises. This thesis is from the business environment theory, RBV theory and social capital theory to study. In this thesis, entrepreneurial environment focused on the dynamic and relaxed environment, resource theory focuses on the abundant resources, social capital theory focuses on work experience, entrepreneurship education and management education on the impact of entrepreneurial orientation. The research method is including literature review and empirical study, through theoretical and empirical analysis to explore the new venture creation process and the antecedents of entrepreneurial orientation. The thesis concludes that the abundance of the entrepreneurial environment affects innovation and risk taking, work experience affects innovation and risk taking, nature of entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial management education also are the antecedents. Part of the hypothesis of this thesis is tested, the conclusions have a certain theoretical and practical innovation and the significance on the future exploration of the pre-factors, for the creation of new business activities with certain the actual guide.
