中文摘要: 随着全球消费市场由卖方市场转为买方市场,企业面对越来越激烈的市场竞争,传统的大批量生产方式和多样化小批量生产方式已经无法快速满足顾客的个性化需求,因此大规模定制模式俨然成为21世纪主流的生产和管理模式。与此同时,延迟策略是成功实施大规模定制模式的一种有效途径,而延迟策略应用的关键是客户订单分离点的决策问题。因此,大规模定制模式下的客户订单分离点(CODP)、影响其决策的因素以及如何以定量方法描述该点决策的模型,均已成为学术界和企业界研究的热点。 由于大规模定制自身的特点和独特优势,MC下的客户订单分离点也具备了新的特性。本文通过文献回顾和理论研究,系统地剖析了大规模定制、延迟策略以及客户订单分离点三者之间的关系,挖掘客户订单分离点决策在大规模定制中的重要战略作用。 在对大规模定制模式下客户订单分离点的内涵有了系统的认识之后,本文首先,将从市场环境的不确定性、相关成本因素、企业管理水平以及企业技术水平四个方面定性的分析客户订单分离点决策的影响因素,并给出各因素与CODP定位间的关系图。其次,客户订单分离点将大规模定制企业的生产流程分为以预测为推动力的库存式生产(MTS)和以订单拉动的订单式生产(MTO),结合两种生产模式的特点、对制造企业的生产流程进行合理的简化和假设,建立了以标准化产品库存量、定制化产品生产量为决策变量的CODP决策的两阶段模型;即首先建立该模式下的生产决策模型,根据与CODP有关的各成本或系数值,采用求解非线性规划的最优性条件即K-T条件计算上述模型的最优决策量以及相应的利润,进而比较利润即可得到大规模定制模式下客户订单分离点的最佳定位选择;本文中将根据企业产品的类型给出单周期多品种模型的计算过程以及相应的解析解;然后根据解析解的公式,判断各成本或系数是如何影响CODP的定位选择;最后应用算例,说明模型的有效性。  
英文摘要: With the transformation of global consumer markets from sellers to buyers, the markets’ competition which the enterprises were faced to became more and more intense. What’s more, traditional mass production methods and diversification of small quantities have been unable to meet customers’ personalized needs which are changing rapidly, so that, mass customization has become the main method of production and management in 21st century.At the same time,the delay strategy was an effective way to make sure that mass customization was successful,while the customer order decoupling point was the key of the implementation of delay strategy. Therefore,the research of customer order decoupling point orientied to MC,the factors which effected the position of CODP and math models which described the decision of CODP had become a hot spot of academic and business research. Due to the characteritics and unique advantages of mass customizaton,the CODP orientied to MC also had new features. Through literature review and theoretical research, this paper systematically analyzed the relationship of MC,delay strategy and customer order decoupling point ,and we deeply investigated the essential role that customer order decoupling point played. With the understanding of delay strategy and CODP under mass customization, this paper firstly analyzes the effected factors of the decision of CODP from the below four aspects of the uncertainty of market environment, related cost factors, enterprises’management level and the level of theconoly,based on with this paper gives the relationship figure of every factor and CODP.Secondly, CODP divided the production process of manufacturing enterprises to MTS and MTO.Based on the characteristics of the two prodction model,this paper builds a two-stage decision modle of CODP,oriented to some reasonable assumptions and simplifications.That is to say,this paper firstly bulids the production decision model and gives the solution of this model;then based on the costs while CODP is the kth of the production process,this paper gives the optimal decision amount of every production,optimal stock and the profits.Then through comparing the profits,this paper can get the optimal CODP. At last,it uses a numerical example to prove the validty of the model.
