中文摘要:小额信贷业务是指小额贷款公司对企业、个人客户提供的贷款、融资顾问等服务。贷款业务是小额贷款公司的主要业务品种之一,在促进市场经济的发展和实现小额贷款公司经济效益最大化方面起着非常重要的作用,是提高小额贷款公司竞争能力的重要手段,是小额贷款企业提高盈利水平的重要途径,是社会经济活动中不可或缺的重要组成部分。 深圳作为我国改革开放的沿海城市之一,在经历了一系列机构改革和管理方式改革之后,各方面取得了长足的发展,小额贷款业务也取得了较好的业绩,但大多数业务指标都处于落后地位。随着社会经济的快速发展,解决中小企业融资难的问题,在激烈的市场中占据主导地位,是深圳小额贷款公司必须认真研究的重要课题。 本文主要研究深圳小额贷款公司应如何利用自身的资源与能力,扬长避短,将外部的机会、威胁与内部的优势、劣势结合起来,制定出适应内外部环境的发展策略,在小额贷款业务方面形成竞争优势,以提升深圳小额贷款公司的竞争力。 全文分为六大部分,第一部分是绪论,它论述了研究背景与意义、研究内容和思路等。第二部分介绍相关管理理论,主要有战略竞争理论、营销理论、金融创新理论等。第三部分分析深圳小额贷款业务概况。第四部分运用PEST理论、五力模型、SWOT模型,分析了深圳小额贷款公司业务发展外部环境的机会与威胁、内部环境的优势与劣势。第五部分是深圳小额贷款公司业务发展策略,主要有总体宏观战略和具体发展对策。第六部分为结论。  
英文摘要:The Microfinance means micro-loan companies offer these services to SMEs and individual clients that was constituted by providing a loan, financial advisory and other services.The micro-loan operation is one of the main business of the small loan companies.It has an important function in impelling the development of social economy and making economy benefits of the small loan companies maximum;It is a magnitude means to increase the abilities of competition for micro-loan companies. It is an approach for micro-loan companies to improve the level of payoff and It is also one of the important part in social and economic activities which is incapable lost. Shenzhen has being one of the state-owned open cities in coast in our country, ofter experiencing a series of organization reforms of managing methods,Various business has obtained the substantial development and the microfinance business also has acquired a good accomplishment, however,most of the microfinance business operation index fall behind. with the rapid development of social economy, how to solve the financing problem of SMEs and take up leading status in fury market competition is the important issue the Shenzhen small loan companies which must research. This thesis is composed of six parts: The first is an introduction, which elaborated the topic background and the significance, the research situation and so on. The second part introduced the relevant management theory, which are the competition strategy theory, the marketing theory, the innovation theory and so on. The third part analyzed the business performance of the microfinance business in Shenzhen micro-loan company. By using the method of PSET, Five-Force Model, SWOT, The fourth part analyzed the chance and menace of exterior environment, the merit and shortcoming of interior environment of the microfinance business in Shenzhen. The fifth part is the development strategy of the small loan business in Shenzhen,which are the macroscopic strategy and the concrete development countermeasure. The sixth part is a conclusion.
