| 中文摘要: | 随着信息和网络技术的发展,电子商务逐步渗透经济生活的方方面面,正以一种全新的经济形态出现,悄然地影响着整个社会的经济结构和经营模式的变化。 电子商务的实现过程包括“信息流”、“资金流”、“商流”和“物流”。在信息技术发展的基础上,“信息流”、“商流”、“资金流”已经能够通过网络来完成,唯独“物流”需要通过网下实体空间移动来实现,因而相比较而言,物流是电子商务最耗时的环节,因此而成为电子商务发展的“瓶颈”。在目前我国相对有限的物流资源下,电子商务运用什么样的物流模式来配置物流资源以适应电子商务发展的需要,成为电子商务发展过程中迫切需要解决的问题。 文章分别采用了理论研究法、文献综合研究法、对比研究法及案例研究法。结合我国电子商务和物流发展的实际状况,总结了电子商务物流配送中的问题,并对问题产生的原因进行了分析,在分析基础上初步探讨了电子商务物流模式。对目前典型的三种物流模式自营物流模式、物流联盟模式、第三方物流模式进行了详尽的分析对比,通过分析得出,三种物流模式在电子商务的不同发展阶段都起到了一定的作用,但随着电子商务的深广度发展,单一的物流模式越来越不能满足电子商务急剧发展的物流需求,从而提出了以自营物流为核心的混合物流模式,并对混合物流模式建构体系进行了分析。接着结合京东商城的案例,分别就其混合物流模式进行了价值链和竞争态势分析,通过分析得出:京东商城以自营物流为核心的混合物流模式有力地促进了京东商城电子商务的发展,成为京东商城核心竞争力的重要组成部分,京东商城所采用的混合物流模式对我国目前电子商务具有一定的推广价值。 文章创新之处主要在于对我国电子商务物流的特征和问题进行了有效的梳理,解析了电子商务物流发展的主要障碍,针对我国目前电子商务物流模式现状,提出了混合物流模式,研究了企业电子商务物流可行的运行方案,在理论和实践上具有一定的创新意义。 | |
| 英文摘要: | With development of information and network technology, electronic commerce gradually infiltrate through all aspects of economic life, is being to form a new economy pattern and quietly affects the entire economic structure of society and the changes of business model. The whole process of e-commerce, including "information flow", "funds flow", "business flow" and "logistics". Based on development of information and network technology, "information flow", "business flow", "cash flow" has been able to complete by network, except the "logistics" need to move physically out of the network, thus logistics is the most time-consuming aspects of e-commerce and becomes the "bottleneck" of e-commerce development. At present, our logistics resources is relatively limited, in such a situation for e-commerce assume what kind of logistics model to allocate logistics resources to meet the needs of e-commerce development, becomes an urgent problem to be solved for e-commerce development . The thesis respectively adopts a theory study, literature comprehensive analysis, comparison and comprehensive analysis and case study method. Which combines with the actual situation of development of e-commerce and logistics, and summarizes problems of e-commerce in logistics distribution, then analyzes reasons caused, based on the analysis the thesis discusses logistics models of e-commerce. In this thesis, integrating theories with practices, and taking a detailed analysis and comparison for current three typical logistics models such as self-management logistics model, logistics alliance model, third-party logistics model, three logistics models have played an important role in different development stages of e-commerce, however with the further development of e-commerce, The single logistics model can not far meet the logistics needs of the rapid development of e-commerce, and the thesis proposes mixed logistics model with the self-management logistics model as a core, then analyzes elements of the mixed logistics model. Then taking 360buy as a case study, the thesis sums up the existing mixed logistics model, and respectively analyzes the model with value chain and SWOT analysis tools, through analysis, the thesis gets a conclusion: the mixed model with self-management logistics as a core has effectively promoted 360buy development, is an important part of 360buy core competence, which may be used by some other e-commerce enterprises. The innovation of thesis lies in the effective analysis, deconstruction to the characteristics of Chinese e-commerce logistics, the analysis to major obstacles of e-commerce logistics development, more importantly the thesis proposes better logistics model, which has some theoretical and practical value. | |
