| 中文摘要: | 在知识经济时代,整合流程、技术、环境、人员等为一体的竞争情报模型成为竞争情报工作的发展方向。然而,整合过程也面临诸多问题,例如竞争情报人员、技术、设施与竞争情报任务、环境等存在某些缺口,以及竞争情报人员之间的信息交流与知识共享存在障碍。其主要原因在于竞争情报协同过程中没有充分考虑组织结构与治理机制。如何选择与竞争情报协同相匹配的组织结构和治理机制,成为企业亟待解决的问题。 本研究从知识治理视角,以构建竞争情报协同模型为主题,综合运用文献分析、比较研究、问卷调查与统计分析等方法,提出基于知识治理的竞争情报协同概念模型与理论框架。本文共由七章组成,其中第三、四、五、六章是论文的实质性部分。具体内容安排如下: 第一章,绪论。本章主要介绍本研究的相关研究背景、研究意义、研究内容、创新点、研究方法、论文框架等。 第二章,理论回顾与文献综述。本章回顾知识治理、竞争情报、协同理论等理论,并对国内外相关研究的现状进梳理与综述。 第三章,竞争情报协同的理论分析。本章主要分析竞争情报协同的成因、界定竞争情报协同的内涵,探讨竞争情报协同的对象,并探索性地提出竞争情报协同,即在竞争情报任务的驱动下,竞争情报人员根据竞争情报用户需求与认知特征,采用相应的技术和设施,以实现竞争情报的价值延伸和创新性增值的过程中形成的关系。 第四章,竞争情报协同机理:知识治理视角。本章分析了知识治理和竞争情报协同之间的理论耦合以及知识治理在竞争情报协同中的导向作用,指出知识治理通过制度部署,使知识处理过程与组织结构衔接起来,进而管理与引导竞争情报协同中的行为者及其行为。知识治理通过采用正式机制(例如激励机制、治理结构和契约设计与安排等)和非正式机制(例如组织惯例、组织文化和互惠交易等)交互作用于知识处理过程,提升竞争情报协同过程的功效。 第五章,基于知识治理的竞争情报协同模型构建。对基于知识治理的竞争情报协同模型的关键成功因素进行问卷调查,并对调查结果进行因子分析,提取治理维度、智力资本维度、知识动员维度、情境意识维度、竞争情报流程维度、竞争情报社会资本维度、竞争情报技术设施七个关键成功要素,在此基础上,构建基于知识治理的竞争情报协同模型。 第六章,基于知识治理的竞争情报协同模型运行与保障机制。为保证基于知识治理的竞争情报协同模型顺利实施,本章提出了竞争情报协同管理的运行和保障机制。在运行机制中,针对竞争情报协同中的行为过程、行为结果及两者综合提出了激励机制;针对竞争情报任务内和任务间的交叉提出协调机制;针对有形资产和无形资产的划分提出共享机制。在保障机制中,针对认知者的不同层面提出相应的学习机制;针对竞争情报协同中各要素之间的关系提出互补机制;针对竞争情报协同的风险提出控制机制。为了实施的顺利进展,从引入阶段、实施阶段和度量阶段提供了相应的对策和建议。 第七章,研究结论与展望。本章归纳了主要研究结论,并针对研究存在的局限性,提出了未来研究方向。 本文的创新之处在于: 一是探讨竞争情报协同的概念。本研究借鉴协同理论和竞争情报理论的研究成果,探讨了竞争情报人员、竞争情报技术设施、竞争情报任务、竞争情报过程、竞争情报环境等因素在竞争情报活动中的关系,阐述了“竞争情报协同”概念。 二是构建了基于知识治理的竞争情报协同模型。本研究综合运用知识治理的相关理论,探讨了知识治理与竞争情报协同的内在逻辑关系,考察了知识治理和竞争情报协同之间的关联与耦合。从竞争情报人员、竞争情报技术与设施、竞争情报任务、竞争情报组织、竞争情报流程以及知识治理机制的联系入手,深入剖析了基于知识治理的竞争情报协同的影响因素。通过对调查数据进行统计分析,提取公因子,构建了基于知识治理的竞争情报协同模型。 三是论述了基于知识治理的竞争情报协同模型的运行和保障机制。运行和保障机制是基于知识治理的竞争情报协同模型顺利实施的基础。基于知识治理的竞争情报协同模型的运行机制包括激励机制、协调机制、共享机制;竞争情报协同管理的保障机制包括学习机制、互补机制和控制机制。 | |
| 英文摘要: | In the era of knowledge economy, the Competitive Intelligence(CI) model that integrates organization, process, technology, environment, professionals in one has become the direction of CI research. However, the integration process is also faced with many problems. For examples, there are some gaps between competitive intelligence professionals, technology, facilities and competitive intelligence tasks, environment; there are some barriers for information exchange and knowledge sharing among CI professionals. The main reason is failure to take full account of organizational structure and governance mechanisms in the process of CI collaboration. The selection of an organizational structure and governance mechanisms that match Competitive Intelligence Collaboration (CIC) has become an exigent problem for enterprises.The paper proposes the concept model and theoretical framework of CIC based on knowledge governance from the perspective of knowledge governance, being themed by building the model of CIC, and utilizing the methods such as literature analysis, comparative study, questionnaires and statistical analysis. This paper consists of seven chapters, the specific content as follows: Chapter I, Introduction. This chapter introduces the background, significance, contents, innovation, methods and thesis framework of the research. Chapter II, theory review and literature summary. This chapter reviews the theory such as knowledge governance, competitive intelligence, synergetics theory, and the relevant theory in China and abroad. Chapter III, the theoretical analysis of CIC. This chapter analyzes the causes of CIC, defines the connotation of CIC, and discusses the object of CIC. This paper exploratively proposes:CIC refers to the relationship which is formed when CI professionals adopt appropriate technology and facilities to achieve the value extension and innovative added value of CI driven by competitive intelligence task in accordance with the needs and cognitive characteristics of the users’. Chapter IV, CIC mechanisms: from the perspective of knowledge governance. This paper attempts to expound CIC mechanisms from the perspective of knowledge governance. Chapter V, The building of competitive intelligence collaboration(CIC) model based on knowledge governance. Questionnaire was used on investigating critical success factors. And then the paper adopts factor analysis to extract seven common factors including governance dimension, intellectual capital dimension, knowledge mobilization dimension, situational awareness dimension, competitive intelligence processes dimension, competitive intelligence social capital and competitive intelligence technology facilities dimension. At last, this paper builds the CIC model based on knowledge governance. Chapter Ⅵ, the operation and guarantee mechanism of CIC model based on knowledge governance. The operation and guarantee mechanism of CIC management was proposed so as to ensure implementation this model successfully in the chapter. Chapter Ⅶ: the research conclusions and prospects. This chapter generalizes the main research conclusions, and points out the areas for further study based on the limitations of this dissertation. The main innovation of this doctoral dissertation are as follows: Firstly, this paper discusses the concept of competitive intelligence collaboration(CIC). This study explores the relationships among CI professional, CI technology and facility, CI task, CI process, CI environment in the CI activities and systematically expounds the concept of “competitive intelligence collaboration” on the basis of synergetics and Competitive Intelligence(CI) theory. Secondly, the study establishes the CIC model based on knowledge governance. This study comprehensively applies the relevant theories of knowledge governance into exploring the inherent relationships between knowledge governance and competitive intelligence collaboration, and systematically researches the correlation and coupling between knowledge governance and competitive intelligence collaboration. On the basis of relationships among CI personnel, CI technology and facility, CI task, CI organization, CI process and knowledge governance mechanism, and analyses in depth the influencing factors of competitive intelligence collaboration based on knowledge governance. And then the paper builds a competitive intelligence collaboration model based on knowledge governance through statistical analysis of survey data and extracting common factors. Thirdly, the paper expounds the operation and guarantee mechanism of the competitive intelligence collaboration model based on knowledge governance. The operation and guarantee mechanism is the foundation of smoothly implementing the competitive intelligence collaboration model based on knowledge governance. The operation mechanisms of the competitive intelligence collaboration model based on knowledge governance include incentive mechanism, coordination mechanism and sharing mechanism; the safeguard mechanisms of competitive intelligence collaboration management include learning mechanism, Complementary mechanism and control mechanism. | |
