中文摘要：	摘要 近年来软件外包业得到了高速发展，特别是印度在该领域取得了世人瞩目的成就。作为中国经济发展新的增长点的软件外包行业，近年来在国民经济发展中的作用日益凸显。中国高速的经济发展也急需信息技术领域的有力支持。然而，无论从产值，规模还是技术管理却与印度存在着巨大的差距。因此，如何认清形势，找出中国软件外包企业竞争优势的来源，对中国软件外包企业的生存与发展有着重大意义。 出于上述目的，本文基于“钻石模型”建立了软件外包企业竞争优势来源的分析框架，对比中国印度软件外包企业发展现状，认清中国软件外包企业的优势劣势，探析中国软件外包服务业发展中的问题和障碍，并试图为中国软件外包业面对新形势下的市场竞争提供对策。 本文先介绍了软件外包的国际国内最新发展近况、优势特点、发展趋势等，随后对中国印度软件外包从生产要素、需求条件、相关产业及支持产业的表现、企业战略结构和竞争状况、机会和政府六个方面进行了深入分析，得出了中国软件外包企业存在的优势劣势。最后，论述了中国软件外包企业的竞争优势的来源。 关键词：中印比较 钻石模型 国家竞争优势 软件外包
英文摘要：	Abstract Since the 1990s, software outsourcing has got a high-speed development. Especially, India has been a huge success in the software outsourcing field. In the recent years, as Chinese new growth point of economic development, software outsourcing industry’s role is increasingly prominent in the national economic development. China's high economic growths also need the strong support in the field of information technology. However, in the software outsourcing field, whether to output size or technical management, there is a tremendous gap in India. Therefore, how to recognize new situations and find the competitive advantages for Chinese software outsourcing enterprise has great significance. From the above reasons, this paper, based on the “diamond model”, establishes an analysis frame, which compares the source of the enterprise’s competitive advantages, contrasting China with India in the software outsourcing enterprise development’s situation. China’s software outsourcing enterprises understand distribution.5 advantages and disadvantages in the development of Chinese software outsourcing services. It attempts to provide countermeasures for Chinese software outsourcing industry, which faced the problems and obstacles in the new situation of the market competitions.. First, this paper introduces the newest development in the software outsourcing, including international and domestic, advantages characteristics, and the trend of development of China and India. Then, it analyzes six aspects, the factors of production and demand condition, relevant industry and support industry performance, enterprise strategic structure and competition condition, opportunities and government. It is concluded that Chinese software outsourcing enterprise has existed a lot of advantages and disadvantages. Finally, the author discusses the sources of competitive advantages in Chinese software outsourcing enterprise.
