中文摘要：	随着经济全球化的发展，产品质量引起了世界各国的高度重视和普遍关注。产品质量已经不仅仅影响着消费者的权益，更影响着企业的市场竞争力，产品是企业立足市场的基石。产品质量不仅取决于其产生的全过程，也受众多因素的影响。本文研究的目的就是通过深入分析影响产品质量的环节和要素，以约瑟夫.M.朱兰（Joseph M. Juran）“螺旋曲线”理论、雷纳特.桑德霍姆 ( Lennart Sandholm)“质量环” 理论、菲利普.克劳斯比（Philip Crosby）“零缺陷”理论作为依据，结合现有的质量管理研究成果，总结提炼了产品质量控制的要点，即：控制原则以及有效进行产品质量控制应采用的方法和措施，为企业提高产品质量水平提供了理论借鉴。 产品质量是企业的核心要素，也是企业实现经济效益、竞争力和顾客满意的重要因素。本文以天津宏大公司作为案例和研究对象，详细列举了公司产品质量管理存在的主要问题，深入透彻的分析了产品质量管理存在不足的根源，采用理论和实际相结合，具体问题具体分析的方法，对公司涉及产品质量主要过程：市场调研、设计、制造、组装、销售和服务过程以及影响产品的主要因素：人、设备、材料、操作方法和环境进行了系统的总结，对存在的各种问题采用各个击破的方法，提出了企业解决问题和提高产品质量水平的有效途径。 根据以上理论和案例分析的结果，本研究提出，企业若想在市场竞争中求生存，求发展，必须进行产品过程控制和要素控制，进行全面质量管理，做到全员参与，持续改进。通过产品质量水平的不断提高和技术的不断创新，企业必然会快速健康的发展。
英文摘要：	Along with the development of global economic , the product quality causes the world highly attention and universal concern. Product quality is not only affect the consumers' rights and interests, but also affecting the market competition of enterprises. The product is the cornerstone of enterprise based on the market. Product quality depends not only on the whole process of its generation, but by the influence of many factors. The purpose of this study is through in-depth analysis affecting the quality of products of the links and ingredients to Joseph M. Juran's "spiral curve" theory, Lennart Sandholm's "quality ring" theory, Philip Crosby's "zero defect" theory as the basis, combining existing quality management research, we conclude the product quality control points, namely: the control principle and effective quality control should adopt the methods and measures for enterprises to improve product quality level provides the theoretical reference. The product quality is enterprise's core elements, also is enterprise to realize the economic benefit, competitiveness and customer satisfaction of important factor. Taking Tianjin Hongda company as research object, detailed case and enumerates the company product quality management, the main problems of in-depth analyses of the inadequacy of the product quality management theory and practice, adopted roots, combined with the concrete analysis method, the company mainly process pertaining to product quality, market research, design, manufacture, assembly, sales and service process and the main factors affecting the product: man, equipment, materials, operation methods and environment systematically summarized, the existing problems of using various break of enterprise, advances some methods to solve problems and raise the level of product quality in an effective way. According to the above theory and case analysis results, this thesis suggests that the enterprise to survive in market competition, strives for the development, must undertake product process control and factors control, carry out total quality management, achieves the full participation, continuous improvement. Through the improvement of product quality and technology innovation, enterprise will be rapid and healthy development.
