| 中文摘要: | 我国的医药产业目前还处于不成熟阶段,产业升级是目前国家医药产业规划的主题,而产业升级的目标之一是打造有效运转的产业链,同时提升中国制药企业在产业价值链上的定位。商业模式是近年来日益引起产业界关注的核心话题之一,越来越多的跨国公司在关注产品和服务的创新以及运营模式创新的同时,更加关注商业模式的创新。商业模式描述一个实体的商业逻辑,企业必须有与其在产业价值链上的定位相匹配的商业模式,才能实现盈利乃至持续性盈利。中国制药企业相比于跨国企业,普遍缺乏核心竞争力,对内面临激烈的同质化竞争,对外面临经济全球化和跨国公司的冲击。商业模式创新是促进我国医药经济健康发展和解决国内医药企业存在问题的关键途径之一。 本文对商业模式的分析,基于产业价值链的视角。首先从多种视野(如产业、产业链、价值链等),结合产业价值链的产业经济理论背景,阐述、分析了产业价值链的概念、结构。然后对由定义、构成要素、分类、组成的商业模式框架进行了回顾,先厘清了概念,然后对商业模式构成要素进行了完整、合乎逻辑的分拆。 针对制药产业的具体特征,剖析了制药产业价值链的组成和组成部分之间的相互关系,以及未来的演变趋势。而基于产业价值链的中国大型制药企业在产业价值链上的定位及商业模式构建,则从更高和更宏观层面上指导企业资源和价值活动的有效配置与融合。 医药企业商业模式创新在理论研究和实践上都是一个新的课题。本论文在最后部分以EH药业集团为案例,对其现有商业模式进行了诊断,提出解决策略,并进一步构建出集成的商业模式创新。该案例尽管是针对个案的分析,但是对中国大型制药企业商业模式构建也具有一定的共性指导意义。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Upgrade is the main topic of Chinese pharmaceutical industry while it is not matured now, and one of the aims of industry grade is to procure an industrial chain in effective operation as well as improve the industrial value chain position of large pharmaceutical enterprises in China. Business model become a commonly used terminology and attracted people's attention, especially with the emergence of a wave of IT technology since late 1990’s, and an increasing number of multinational corporations emphasizing the innovations of their business models while paying attention to the improvement in their products and services. Business model describes the commercial logic of an entity, and only the enterprises, whose business models are matched with their industrial value chain positioning, will make profit, even persistent profit. Compared with multinational corporations, lack of competitiveness is a common phenomenon among pharmaceutical enterprises in China. These manufactures are facing the intensive challenges of undifferentiated products in domestic market, and globalization with the impact of multinational corporations internationally. The innovation in business model is one of the critical approaches to promoting our national medical economy and solving the existing problems in improvement of large pharmaceutical enterprises in China. The conception and structure of industrial value chain are defined and clarified from various angles of view, such as industry, value chain, and industry chain, combined with the theoretical context of industrial economy. The research on what is business model is reviewed in the thesis, and the factors are analyzed as well as classified. Business models can be thought as the center for business to establish a new analytical framework to better understand and study the operating mechanism of enterprises for the future development of new management tools. As to the specific feature of pharmaceutical industry, the components and the interaction of pharmaceutical industry value chain are researched, while future development of the industrial value chain is forecasted. It is meaningful of the business model construction based on industrial value chain positioning, which is a guideline of how to distribute and assemble resources and activities effectively in enterprises operation from macroscopically level. The business model innovation of large pharmaceutical enterprises is a new line of research both in theory and practice in China. With a case study of EH Pharma Group, this thesis examined and analyzed the business model innovation of our pharmaceutical industry in china and for china. | |
