中文摘要:创新是一个国家进步和发展的基础,是一个民族兴旺和强盛的保障,是一个企业基业长青和永续经营的必然要求。2011年3月15日,胡锦涛总书记在国家会议中心参观国家重大科技成就展时指出,我国企业要想在激烈的国际竞争中赢得发展的主动权,最根本的是靠科学技术,最关键的是大力提高自主创新能力。 本文所论述的对象为一本土电梯制造销售企业。电梯产业是一个资本和技术高度密集的产业,也是“十二五”期间我国产业结构调整中,由于国家对房地产调控而受到影响的一个产业,因此电梯企业的自主创新能力将影响到他们在市场竞争中的地位和今后的发展。但是与产能快速增长极为不相称的是,我国电梯产业整体的自主创新能力还较差,不掌握关键核心技术,产品缺乏自主知识产权,在国内外市场竞争能力还很薄弱,而多年来实施的“以市场换技术”的战略,结果是市场让出去了,但技术却没有换回来。通过实践检验,真正的核心技术是买不来的,必须依靠自主创新。KL公司在2010年年度报告的战略规划部分提出了加强技术研发,丰富产品链,增加产品附加值,满足不同客户的需求。 那么,在大的经济发展背景下,KL公司在自主创新的发展道路上具体应当怎么走就成为企业在新时期发展中需要解决的一个重要课题。本文首先通过对目前我国电梯产业自主创新现状、存在问题、发展趋势进行分析,提出企业坚持走自主创新道路的必要性,随后通过对KL公司自主创新现状及企业发展中存在的问题进行分析,提出了以管理创新为主要手段的自主创新发展战略规划。 企业的自主创新发展战略是企业的行动指南,决定着企业整体战略实施的成败,是企业基业长青的重要基础。随着我国社会主义市场经济的进一步发展,国内电梯市场竞争会日趋激烈。在这种情势下,企业更需要提高创新能力,从而提升企业的竞争力。本文的研究对于我国电梯制造销售服务企业具有借鉴意义。 
英文摘要:Innovation is the foundation of progress and development of one country, the guarantee of flourishing and powerful of one nation and the inevitable demand of the base industry ever green and business continuity of one enterprise. President Hu Jintao pointed out that the most fundamental is science and technology and the most significant is the enhancement of the proprietary innovation ability greatly, if our enterprises want to win active right of development in the vigorous international competition, when he participated the national significant achievement exhibition in China National Convention Center on March, 15th, 2011. The treatment object of the thesis is a local elevator manufacturing and sale enterprise. Elevator industry is a capital and technology intensive business. It is one of one of delegates of mechanical manufacture industry. And it is also a industry which are influenced by the state’s macro-control policy in adjustment of industrial structure of our country in the twelfth Five-Year Plans. So the proprietary innovation ability of elevator industry influences its status and future development in market competition. But, out of proportion to rapid growth of production capacity, the proprietary innovation ability of the whole industry is very weak. They do not grasp key and core technology and their products are short of independent intellectual property rights. The competition ability is very weak in both domestic and overseas. However, many years’ strategy of market for technology leads that market let out, but the technology does not change back. Through testing by practice, the key and core technology can not buy. It must rely on the independent innovation ability. The Kl Elevator Co., Ltd put forward strengthen technology research and development, enriching product line and increasing of additional value of product to meet the demands of various customers in strategic planning part of 2010 annual report. Thus it becomes an important topic which needs to be solved in the development of the new stage that how to develop on the development path of the proprietary innovation ability in the economic development background. This paper firstly analyzed Current situation, existing problems and developing trend of proprietary innovation in elevator industry of our country at present. Then it put forward the necessity which enterprises should embark on a path of proprietary innovation. Then people put forward proprietary innovation development strategic planning which takes management innovation as main tool, through analyzing Current situation of KL company’s proprietary innovation and existing problems in enterprise’s development. Enterprise’s proprietary innovation development strategic planning is an enterprise’s action guide. It determines the success or failure of implementing the overall strategy of the business. It is an import foundation of the base industry ever green. With the further advancements of socialist economy, the competition of elevator market will grow fierce in domestic. The enterprises have the more need to improve innovative capabilities to increase competitiveness of enterprises. The research of this paper has significance for elevator manufacturing and sale enterprise of our country.
