| 中文摘要: | 随着中国经济的快速发展,人们生活水平已得到显著提高,对旅游、休闲、娱乐产品的类型需求呈现多样化,对服务、品质等方面的要求也在不断提高。主题公园作为一种新的集旅游、休闲、娱乐等功能于一体的产品,在中国迎来了高速发展期。华侨城作为中国主题公园领域的市场领导者,明确战略目标和发展方向,不仅有利于企业建立并巩固核心竞争力,同时还能为国内主题公园企业的发展提供良好的示范作用,为推动中国主题公园行业的发展,为促进民族文化产业的发展作出应有的贡献。 本文以华侨城主题公园业务竞争战略研究为背景,首先通过对国内外主题公园行业发展历程和现状分析,提出目前国内主题公园发展面临的主要问题;然后结合PEST分析模型、波特五力模型对国内主题公园行业所处的宏观环境、微观环境进行详细分析,进一步透析行业发展特征、竞争环境等;随后对华侨城主题公园所拥有的内部资源和能力进行了总结,并运用SWOT分析工具对华侨城主题公园业务的优势、劣势、机会和威胁等方面进行综合分析,提出了华侨城主题公园业务发展战略目标以及差异化的竞争战略选择。为了保障战略的顺利实现,华侨城主题公园业务发展要在内部管理、文化创新、产业链完善以及战略布局等方面,加大投入力度,打造核心竞争力。 华侨城主题公园业务发展所面临的问题同样也是中国主题公园企业发展所面临的问题,我国的主题公园要发展,不能仅仅依靠某一个企业的发展,而是需要整个行业不断学习和创新,共同壮大中国自主品牌主题公园的实力。笔者本着发展民族企业的心愿,结合对华侨城主题公园业务竞争战略的分析,提出对国内文化旅游企业发展的启示,渴望打造行业核心的竞争优势,在与跨国企业的竞争中获胜。 | |

The type demand of travel, leisure and entertainment products presents diversification. The aspects of service and quality requirements are constantly improved. Theme park As a new functional product with travel, leisure, entertainment, greeted high-speed development in China. Oct as the Chinese theme park area market leader, clear strategic objectives and the direction of development, not only helps enterprises to establish and consolidate the core competitiveness, but also for the development of domestic theme park enterprises provide good exemplary role, and to promote the development of the Chinese theme park industry, in order to promote the development of ethnic culture industry to make due contributions. Based on OCT theme park business competition strategy research as a background. First, based on domestic and international theme park industry development course and the present situation analysis, we propose the main problem facing of the domestic theme park development; Then combining PEST analysis model, Potter of five competitive forces model in domestic theme park industry, make a detailed analysis of the macro and micro environment, further dialysis industry development characteristics, the competitive environment, etc.; And then on OCT theme park have internal resources and abilities are summarized, and tools of SWOT, we analysis strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the OCT theme park business, and puts forward comprehensive strategy and differentiation strategies choice. In order to ensure the smooth realization of the strategy, OCT theme park business should developing in internal management, culture innovation, industrial chain perfect and strategic layout, etc, increasing investment dynamics, creating core competitiveness. OCT theme park business development are also problems faced by the Chinese theme park business development in China, and the problems faced with the theme park to develop, you can't just rely on a certain development of enterprise, but need the whole industry keep learning and innovation, develop Chinese independent brand theme park strength together.
