中文摘要:随着世界经济的发展变化,全球化和市场化趋势的不断深入,竞争变得日益激烈,在激烈的市场竞争中,企业只有不断推出新产品才能巩固发展市场,新产品开发日益成为企业生存和发展的必然选择,新产品开发的成败已成为企业赢得竞争优势的关键,然而新产品开发是一项高收益、高风险的活动,如何有效地识别、控制新产品开发项目过程中遇到的风险,成为企业普遍关注的问题。对新产品开发项目风险管理进行研究具有非常重要意义。 本文在对国内外项目风险管理理论进行研究的基础上,对S公司新产品开发项目的过程和组织结构进行说明,对项目风险管理的现状进行分析,指出了目前存在的问题点。依据项目生命周期理论对新产品开发项目划分为项目策划阶段、项目立项阶段、项目实施阶段、项目结束阶段。首先对项目策划和立项阶段的技术风险、市场风险、管理风险、环境风险的各要素进行了分析研究,采用风险概率-影响度矩阵和层次分析法结合模糊评价理论对各个风险要素进行评估,并根据评估结果,给出相应风险防范措施。建立了S公司新产品开发项目风险管理指标评估体系,该体系对多因素、多指标的新产品开发项目的风险管理提供了指导意义。然后对项目实施和结束阶段质量风险、进度风险、成本风险要素应用FMEA和过程保证度矩阵等工具进行评估并提出风险防范对策,同时提出了改进的组织结构模型和风险监控组织为新产品开发项目风险管理提供有力保障,为类似企业新产品开发项目风险管理提供了借鉴作用。  
英文摘要:The competition nowadays is increasingly fierce, resulting from the changes of world economy and trends of globalization and marketization. For business survival and development, enterprises have no choice but to develop new products continuously. New product development, both high-risk and high-yield, becomes a key competitive advantage to win the market. It’s a widespread concern of how to effectively identify and control the risks in the process of new product development. Therefore, research on risk management of new product development projects has very important significance. Based on the research on the risk management theories of projects at home and abroad, this thesis introduces the process and organizational structure of the new product development of S company, analyzes the current situation of project risk management and comes up with the existing problems. According to project life cycle theory, new product development project could be divided into four stages: planning, approval, implementation and closure. This thesis first studies the risk factors in terms of technology, market, management and environment, assesses the risk factors by risk probability-impact matrix and the Analytic Hierarchy Process, and provides appropriate risk prevention measures as per the result during the project planning and approval stages. And a risk management index system for S company's new product development is developed, which plays an important role as risk management guidance of multi-factor, multi-index of new product development projects. Moreover, it assesses the risk factors by such tools as FMEA and process guarantee matrix in terms of quality, progress and cost during project implementation and closure stages and comes up with risk prevention measures as per the result and provides an improved model of the organizational structure and risk monitoring organization, which is a strong protection for new product development projects, as well as a reference for similar cases.
