中文摘要:虽然电子游戏的历史不过40多年,但它已经受到了越来越多的重视,并且逐渐发展成为一个成熟的产业。游戏产业作为一个高创新性、高附加值的产业已被众多国际上一流的企业所关注,像SONY、微软这样最先进的公司都不免涉足于此,由此不难看到游戏产业巨大的发展潜力和良好的市场前景。 如今,电子游戏的发展已经变得多种多样,无论从内容还是到形式都发生了天翻地覆的变化。一方面,电子游戏作为一个较为成熟的产业,带来巨大的经济效益;另一方面,它又作为一种文化的传播者,影响着人们的生活。而且,随着信息化的深入,人们的生活已经离不开各种各样的电子设备和互联网,而无论在网络上,还是在个人电脑、手机等终端电子设备上中都可以看到游戏的身影,它已经深深地渗入到了人们的生活之中。 尽管中国的企业在游戏领域起步较晚,但其作用举足轻重,培育了不计其数的单机游戏以及网络游戏的优秀美术设计和程序人才。游戏产业也为中国的企业带来了巨大的经济效益,并且其收入规模还在逐年上升,在这同时,也涌现了一批像盛大、九城、完美时空这样成功的游戏企业。但中国的游戏企业其运营模式还主要局限于代理模式,在产业链上游的研发环节的创新能力还较为薄弱,这使得我们的发展受到了一定阻碍与限制。而作为我们的游戏设计人员也应该意识到,我们不仅仅需要把游戏做的趣味十足,也应该赋予其教育意义。 本文通过对游戏产业的发展环境分析,找出中国在游戏产业方面的优势与劣势,针对中国游戏产业所面临的问题,提出在产业链、宣传、人才等方面的战略规划。而在最后,还将对中国的成功游戏企业的商业模式进行分析,并且从深层次对游戏进行剖析,提出创新的原则,以及游戏如何作为一种文化实现跨越式的发展。  
英文摘要:Although the history of video games is just 40 years, it has been received more and more attention and has gradually developed into a mature industry. As a highly innovative and high value added industry, game industry has been concerned by many leading international corporations, such as SNOY and Microsoft. Therefore, it’s easy to realize that the game industry has a huge potential and good market prospects. Nowadays, there are various types of video games. Its changes are not only the content but also the form. First, the electronic game is a more mature industry and has huge economical profits. On the other hand, also as the culture commuter, it affects people’s life. Moreover, with the depth of information, people cannot without the various electronic devices and internet. We can play the game on the internet, PC, mobile phone and other terminal electronic devices, which was already at anywhere of people’s life. In game field, although Chinese enterprises started late, it had important affect already; it nurtures countless excellent art designers and programmers who are working for stand-alone games and online games. It brings tremendous profit to Chinese corporations and the profit has kept increasing. We can see a lot of successful companies in this field, such as SNDA, The9 and Perfect World. However, the main operation mode of Chinese game companies is only proxy one. We still have the weakness at the innovative ability of the researching and developing in the industrial chain, which hander our development. As our game designers, we should be aware that we need both funny and meaningful games, especially the meaningful games. In this paper, I analysis the game industry environment to find out the advantage and disadvantage we have. I proposed the strategic planning in the industrial chain, promotion and human resources. At the end of article, I also analysis china’s successful business model, proposed to make the innovation and how does the game can make leaps and bounds as a culture.
