中文摘要: | 本文从自己从事手机行业的管理经营的感受出发,充分认识手机零件企业风险管理的重要性和必要性。通过近几年对手机零件企业风险管理领域知识的广泛涉猎和认真研究,在本文中将总结分析企业风险管理领域中国和国际方面的研究成果,并针对手机零件企业风险管理提出了自己的意见和看法,以期对企业风险管理研究领域提供一定的借鉴和参考。 此篇论文的写作目的就是研究建立手机零件企业全面风险管理框架,自2000年到2008年以来,随着手机市场的成长,有关手机零件市场随之发生了重要改变,2009年手机市场的低糜,零件市场也随之下降,特别是2010年以苹果手机为代表的智能手机迅速占领市场,传统的手机零件企业面临一场前所未有的危机,学者、企业家都在手机零件企业未来的出路,通过企业的全面风险管理降低企业在面临危机时的损失,寻求解决方案。 本文首先介绍目前手机零件企业的风险管理现状,讨论风险管理的实际意义。在建立企业全面手机零件风险管理的框架之前,简要介绍了全面风险管理的理论基础,并通过分类和财务分析相结合的方法对手机部分业务流程所面临的各种风险认真剖析,研究企业风险管理的目标、内容和特点。 文章基于模糊层次分析法的模糊数学基础,采取主观专家打分和客观评价相结合的赋权方法,对不同风险的指标体系赋予权重,提出改进的模糊层次分析法(AHP)方法,引入著名手机零件企业的风险管理的具体实践案例, 参考国际先进的风险管理经验,了解当前一些发展中国家在全面风险管理中存在的实际差距这也是本文研究的出发点和动机,试图阐述风险管理对企业的积极意义。 论文的核心部分是建立手机零件企业全面风险管理框架的研究: 第一部分:文章的研究意义,认识全面风险管理的重要性以及专门设置风险评价机构的意义;主要介绍手机零件企业所面临的所有风险,从企业宏观视角有企业战略风险、企业自然因素风险、企业经济环境风险;从企业的微观视角探讨企业的营运风险、市场风险、产品技术风险等,对其风险原因也进行了剖析。最后确定了基于德尔菲法的手机零件企业全面风险的识别方法及实施步骤,为手机零件全面风险的评价打下坚实的基础。 第二部分;在完善预警系统的基础上,简要分析了手机零件企业风险管理的评价机制,确定了手机零件企业风险处理的程序,然后通过从预防风险、转移风险、回避风险、自留风险几个方面给出了手机零件企业风险处理的策略,最后从多制造商策略、与营销相结合、确保独家的核心技术与保安、缺陷管理系统开发和推进、强化沟通,增进信任、构建核心合作伙伴几个方面给出了手机零件企业全面风险控制策略。 第三部分;在实际调查的基础上,以富士康为实际案例,利用AHP方法确定手机零件企业全面风险的评价指标体系属性权重,利用模糊综合属性方法确定的方案的综合属性值,以此确定企业全面风险的隶属度,改善企业的运营状况。 | |
