中文摘要：	随着机械制造企业竞争的日趋激烈，客户需求的日益多样化，快速响应客户需求，准时交付产品已经成为提高企业竞争力的主要手段，而快速响应和准时交付以信息通畅和完善的流程为前提，因此建立良好的信息系统和业务流程成为企业长足发展的关键。订单执行（Order Fulfillment）管理决定了订单执行的效率，最终决定了客户的满意度，是机械制造企业的核心竞争力之所在。 JD公司采用专注于企业管理软件和协同电子商务解决方案的SAP系统进行订单执行管理，能够较好的对产品在订单执行过程中的状态进行监控，但是随着市场需求的多样化及订单量的增长，现有的系统及流程已不能满足当前的需要，如业务流程暴露出流程职责不清晰、没人对订单执行结果负责，SAP系统已经开发功能模块已不能满足日益增长的客户多样化需求。因此，订单执行管理的组织结构和流程亟待优化。本文以JD公司基于ERP系统的订单执行管理为例，结合订单执行管理、ERP系统及流程优化相关理论，介绍了JD公司ERP系统的现状及发展趋势，订单执行管理的现状,并展开JD公司订单执行管理的过程，介绍了JD公司订单执行管理的组织架构、SAP系统及其功能模块，订单执行管理的流程及评价方法，进而进行优化研究，对订单执行管理的组织架构、信息系统、流程及评价方法进行改进，提出增加调度统筹部门、组建跨部门的销售与运营计划团队、引入制造执行系统等切实可行的优化方法。 目前对于订单执行管理的研究并不多，本文希望通过JD公司订单执行管理实施的案例研究，对机械制造企业的订单执行管理进行归纳总结，绘出优化方法，并能够对机械制造企业的订单执行管理起到借鉴作用。
英文摘要：	With increasingly fierce competition of Mechanical Manufacturing Enterprise and customer’s increasingly diverse demand, quick response to customer demand and product on-time delivery becomes the primary means of improving enterprise's competitiveness. Quick response and product on-time delivery is based on smooth information flow and mature processes, thus establish favorable information system and business processes is the key to enterprise long-term development. Order Fulfillment management determines the efficiency of order fulfillment, and final decides the customer satisfaction, is the core competitiveness of mechanical manufacturing enterprises. JD corporation uses SAP system which is focused on enterprise management software and collaborative e-business solutions for Order Fulfillment management, and monitoring the product status during Order Fulfillment process well. But with diversification of market demand and order quantity growth, existing system and process can not meet the current needs, such as business process exposed the unclear responsibilities problem during the process, no one responsible for the result of Order Fulfillment, existing developed SAP function module can not meet the growing diverse needs of customers. Therefore, organizational structure and process of Order Fulfillment management needs optimizing urgently. The thesis takes JD corporation Order Fulfillment management based on Enterprise Resource Planning system as example, combined with theory of Order Fulfillment management, ERP system and process optimization, introduces ERP system status and development trend, Order Fulfillment management current situation, spreads JD corporation Order Fulfillment management process, introduces JD corporation Order Fulfillment management organizational structure, SAP system, Order Fulfillment management process and metrics, and further research on improvement on Order Fulfillment management organizational structure, information systems, business process and metrics, propose practical optimization methods such as adding the scheduling coordinating department, set up inter-department Sales and Operations Planning team, introduce Manufacturing Execution System. At present there is few research on Order Fulfillment management, the thesis hopes to make summary on mechanical manufacturing enterprise Order Fulfillment management through the research on JD corporation Order Fulfillment management implementation, plot optimization methods, and make contributions to mechanical manufacturing enterprise Order Fulfillment management.
