中文摘要:随着现代市场经济的快速发展,企业在市场上的竞争力已经日趋激烈,而人力资源是目前企业发展和提升自身竞争力的最关键因素。企业招聘作为人力资源管理的基础环节,对企业的发展起着至关重要的作用。然而,企业在招聘过程中存在一定的风险性,对其进行相关的研究并寻找适合企业的规避方法和防范措施,是企业人力资源管理的重要内容,可以将企业人力资源管理的质量提高到一个新的层次,对于现代化企业的发展具有重要的意义。 本文采用理论研究和实例分析相结合的方法展开对主题的阐述。通过理论研究,吸收和借鉴已有的研究成果,掌握研究的相关渊源和最新动态。实例分析则通过现实的案例来分析具体的问题,然后进行深入研究。运用理论知识对其进行剖析,从而得出发现问题、解决问题的方法。 如何在企业需要人才的时候,在最短的时间内找到最适合企业发展的人才,是目前各类企业人力资源管理的所面临的一个重大问题。一个企业或者组织进行人才招聘,就会存在一定的招聘风险,而这些招聘风险都有可能直接或者间接对企业或组织的发展带来或大或小的危害和损失。本文以康师傅(杭州)饮品有限公司为研究对象进行相关研究分析。首先,就研究的相关背景和意义做出必要的交代,并在本研究所采用的研究方法基础上,建立合理科学的研究框架。其次,本研究对所涉及的相关理论进行阐述。然后,在上述理论的基础上引入康师傅(杭州)饮品有限公司,在对其进行简要的介绍后,从人力资源管理的各个模块对该公司人力资源管理的总体情况进行阐述,而后重点阐述该公司的招聘体系现状。再有,本研究对康师傅(杭州)饮品有限公司招聘体系中存在的风险及来源进行了分析。接下来,本研究对康师傅(杭州)饮品有限公司在招聘体系中存在的风险问题,提出了相应的改进建议。最后,本研究对主要结论、研究局限性以及研究展望进行了总结。 
英文摘要:With the rapid development of modern market economy, enterprise’s competitiveness in the market has become increasingly fierce, and human resources are the most critical factors for development of enterprises and enhancing their competitiveness. As the basic link of human resources management, the recruitment of enterprises plays an important role. However, there are certain risks to gain human resources. Carrying out relevant research and looking for business methods and preventive measures to avoid, is an important content of human resource management. It can take the quality of human resources management to a new level, and has great significance for the development of the modern enterprise. Combining of theoretical research and case study was used to describe the topic in this study. Through theoretical research, we absorb and learn from existing research results, and master the relevant sources and the latest developments. Case study can analyze specific problems by real case, and then take in-depth study. To analyze the topic by using theoretical research, we can discover and solve the problem. How to find the most suitable persons for enterprise’s development in the shortest time when enterprises need talent, is a major problem for the human resource management facing. An enterprise or organization takes recruitment, it will be certain risks, and the risks are likely to directly or indirectly be brought about large or small damage and loss for the development of the enterprise or organization. This study takes Master Kong (Hang Zhou) Beverage Co., Ltd as the research object to do related researches. Firstly, the study makes the necessary explanation on the relevant background and significance of the research and establishes a reasonable and scientific framework on the basis of the adopted research methods. Secondly, the study expounds the involved theories. And then, based on the theories above, after the brief introduction of Master Kong (Hang Zhou) Beverage Co., Ltd, the author expounds the overall situation of its human resource management from various modules, and then the current situation of the company's recruitment system is mainly elaborated. Again, the study analyzes the existing risks and their source of the recruitment system of Master Kong (Hang Zhou) Co., Ltd. Next, the study puts forward the corresponding recommendations for improvement of the problem of risks in the recruitment system of Master Kong (Hangzhou) Beverage Co., Ltd. Finally, the study summarizes the main conclusions, the limitations and prospects of research.
