中文摘要：	在全球金融危机的大背景下，竞争愈发激烈，对竞争的形式已从企业之间的竞争转变为供应链之间的竞争。供应链管理越来越成为企业获取竞争优势的重要手段。而国内的风电发电用齿轮箱行业，正由产品的生命周期的成长期逐步向成熟期过渡，加入该行业的竞争者越来越多，价格随之下降，整个销售市场由卖方市场逐步转变为买方市场，作为提高供应链成本和效率的重要的部分，采购策略的选择和实施越来越成为研究者研究的焦点问题。 本文运用供应链的采购理论，对风力发电齿轮箱的发展状况和WDT公司采购现状的优劣势进行了调查和分析，并以行星架项目为例，论述了WDT公司采购策略的选择与实施。本文的研究结论对WDT公司根据现状选择和实施采购策略有现实指导意义，同时也对其它风电齿轮箱的制造型企业有借鉴意义。 本文首先说明了研究的背景及意义、研究的问题及方法、论文的基本内容及框架。随后回顾了供应链和采购的相关理论，然后分析了WDT公司的内外部环境及采购的现状，并根据供应链理论和WDT采购现状，阐述了采购策略选择的原则，过程和结果。接着主要是针对采购策略的实施的过程，为了保障实施从组织，财务进行了论述。最后对本文的结论进行了归纳与总结。 本论文的重点之处也是第五章首先提出的采购策略成功实施的过程。对整个采购策略实施的流程详细阐述，说明了如何对采购策略的实施的具体程序。进而论证为采购策略能顺利的实施而需要的的两方面保障，即：通过对WDT公司和采购部的组织再造，以提供组织保障。对采购策略项目的预算控制及总成本分析，对采购策略的实施提供财务保障。
英文摘要：	During the global financial crisis period, it is more competitive and the form of competition turns from competition among enterprises to the competition between supply chains. Enterprise supply chain management is becoming more important means to gain competitive advantage. While the domestic wind power generation gear box industry is growing gradually from the growth stage to the mature stage in the whole product life cycle. More and more competitor join in the industry. The products selling price fall down. The seller’s market is gradually transformed into a buyer's market. As an important part of lowing down the supply chain costs and improving the supply chain efficiency , procurement strategy and the implementation of procurement strategies increasingly becoming the focus of the researchers’ study. The thesis discusses how to choose the procurement strategy of WDT company with the theory of the procurement supply chain, based on the above mentioned as well as the investigation, analysis and research the WDT's background and strengths and weaknesses of the procurement. It also uses the planet carrier project as an example to discuss the preconditions of the successful implementation of the procurement strategy. The conclusions of this study can be instrument for procurement strategy selection and the procurement strategy implementation. Moreover other wind power gear box manufacturing enterprises can also refer to it. At the beginning ,the thesis explains the background and significance of thesis, research objects and methods, the basic content and framework. Furthermore it reviews the supply chain and procurement of relevant theories. After then it analyze the WDT's internal and external environment and the status of procurement. Moreover It describes the principles,processes and the result of choosing procurement strategy with the theory of supply chain management and procurement actual status. It describe the process of how to the implement of the procurement strategy . It also discusses the preconditions of the implementation of procurement strategy from the organizational and financial aspects respectively. Finally it is the conclusions of the thesis and the expectation in the future. The thesis focuses on the process and the two preconditions of successful implementation of procurement strategy in Chapter V. Firstly, to describe how to t put the entire procurement strategy in to use in detail further illustrates the whole procedure for the implementation of strategy. Furthemore it discuss the two preconditions of the successful implementation of procurement strategy.The details are as follows. WDT company and purchasing provide organizational guarantee through the Department of reorganization. procurement strategy projects on budget control and total cost analysis offer the financial guarantee for the implementation of strategy.
