中文摘要:在当前全球化竞争的背景下,高科技企业面临的竞争趋于白热化。产品更新换代节奏日趋加快。企业研发的新产品推出的周期成为了竞争成败的关键因素之一。尤其是在当前的一些新兴行业,比如新能源、高科技IT行业。 回归到企业内部,企业推出新产品的速度类取决于拥有强大的科研能力外,确保产品尽快从概念、功能设计阶段通过试制验证到量产初期的快速稳定也格外重要。以E公司为例,其新产品试制到量产初期产品稳定占到了其新产品立项开发到产品初期发货阶段总周期的一半左右。 同时产品从设计工程环境转换到制造环境的过程是否平滑、有效衔接也直接决定了新产品初期的供货能力。目前业界将产品试制过程到量产初期的阶段称之为新产品导入过程。也就是说新产品导入过程的成败直接影响到产品推出市场的速度。对于以新产品为主导的高科技企业做好新产品导入过程的管理其挑战也相当大。可以说成则能进一步提高其核心竞争力,败则可能严重影响产品上市周期及其批量供货能力,导致产品错过最佳的上市时机。 本文研究方法为理论联系实际。研究对象为E公司新产品导入过程优化。为此采取了案例分析和定性分析相结合的方法,结合E公司新产品导入过程遇到的爬坡期效应曲线异常现象及问题点,比较深入的分析了问题产生的根源,并提出了解决措施,并以此为指导思想重新优化了E公司新产品导入过程的组织保障、DFX标准及制程衔接三方面工作。 本文创新点在于从E企业新产品导入过程实际所遇问题出发,结合DFX等理论检索,较创新的提出了DFX标准优化、衔接优化等系列解决措施。针对产品导入过程推行DFX与制程衔接过程可能遇到的方案综合评估问题,有机的将ECE评估工具与产品生命周期创新焦点理论相结合,在评估时增加产品生命周期时间成本维度的评估思路等。其即是发生在特定企业的问题也具有典型代表性,为以研发为导向的高科技IT企业优化新产品导入过程提供了借鉴。  
英文摘要:In the current context of global competition, high-tech companies tend to face intense competition. Increasingly accelerated pace of product replacement. Research and development cycle of new product launch has become a key competitive factor in the success or failure. Especially in the current number of emerging industries, such as new energy, high-tech IT industry.
