中文摘要: 摘 要 随着经济全球化步伐的加快、科学技术日新月异的发展,处于市场经济中的企业之间的竞争也越来予越激烈。由于企业自身的资源、能力非常有限,企业单靠自身的实力难于在激烈的市场竞争中立于不败之地。为了在激烈的市场竞争中求得生存和发展,在全球各地的企业界企业战略联盟成为了越来越多的企业用来参与市场竞争的一种有效方法。 虽然企业战略联盟可以为企业的生存和发展作出很好的贡献,战略联盟也是一种很好竞争方式,但是到目前为止在企业界只有一部分的企业战略联盟运行良好,大部分的企业战略联盟运行的效果仍然不太理想。很多的企业战略联盟运作处于不稳定状态甚至完全失败了,这些结果对企业造成了大量资源、财务、时间的损失。因此,企业战略联盟稳定性研究就显得很有必要,而且对正在进行或准备进行战略联盟的企业来说具有现实的指导意义。 本文首先介绍了企业战略联盟涵义、特征、类型以及企业建立战略联盟的动因,随后还对企业战略联盟稳定性的涵义进行了界定,对企业战略联盟的交易成本经济学理论、国际生产折衷理论、资源基础论进行了回顾。在此基础上本文分析了招商华侨城战略联盟的形成的动因,系统地分析了能影响招商华侨城战略联盟的稳定性的主要因素,从招商华侨城战略联盟前期的战略联盟伙伴的选择、战略联盟的治理模式、战略联盟的联盟方案等治理行为到招商华侨城战略联盟后期战略联盟的管理问题的治理行为都进行了深入分析。在系统分析影响招商华侨城战略联盟稳定性因素基础上,结合招商华侨城战略联盟的实际情况和其所在行业的特点论文提出了具有针对性地围绕增加联盟合作双方之间的信任和防止战略联盟中的机会主义行为出现的解决措施。具体措施包括制定完备的联盟方案和优化联盟管理两大类,其中优化联盟管理主要包含精心挑选联盟管理者、建立良好的沟通与协调机制、建立严格公正的管理控制机制、建立合作伙伴间的信任管理机制四方面的内容。 本文在系统地分析了影响招商华侨城战略联盟稳定性因素的基础上,牢牢把握了影响联盟稳定的两个核心问题,一个是机会主义的问题,另一个是战略联盟的信任问题。 本文的创新点是在于解决影响招商华侨城战略联盟稳定性的两个核心问题的措施设计,一个是防止机会主义行为机制设计:建立联盟严格公正的管理控制机制的设计;另一个是合作伙伴间的信任管理机制的设计。 关键词:战略联盟 稳定性 机制设计  
英文摘要:Abstract With the accelerated pace of economic globalization, the rapid development of science and technology, competitions among enterprises are increasingly intensified in a market economy. As the enterprise's own resources, capabilities are very limited; the enterprise is difficult to rely solely on the strength of their own in the fierce market competition in an invincible position.
