| 中文摘要: | 随着全球经济一体化进程的加快和我国社会主义市场经济的高速增长,集装箱运输行业有了极大地发展,而集装箱堆场作为其中重要的组成部分也愈加凸显它的作用。我国集装箱堆场起步较晚,发展相对缓慢,管理方法也比较落后。2008年爆发的全球金融危机让发展中的集装箱堆场行业有了更多的思考,它们在努力探索并积极尝试适合自身更好发展的新的方法。 本文通过对天津港华锡集装箱堆场的案例分析,重点研究该企业在进行资源互补型战略联盟过程中的协同问题。首先回顾了企业资源理论、战略联盟理论和协同理论,并且介绍了相关理论的研究现状。然后描述了天津港及集装箱堆场的概况,阐明了华锡堆场建立战略联盟的动因和建立资源互补型战略联盟的几种模式。最后,根据资源互补型战略联盟协同需求的四个层次,依次分析了华锡公司在业务资源、人力资源、组织资源和领导资源的需求与协同。 在对华锡堆场进行案例分析的过程中,重点针对业务、人力、组织和领导四方面的不同需求,归纳总结该企业在应对这些需求时所采取的协同策略。这些策略让华锡堆场在进行资源互补型战略联盟的过程中解决了一些实际的问题并真正实现了协同效应,这不仅对该企业而且对其它企业未来的发展将会具有一定程度的实践指导意义。 | |
| 英文摘要: | With the acceleration of global economic integration and the growth of China's socialist market economy, the rapid growth of container shipping industry has also been greatly developed thus the container yard plays a more and more important role in the industry chain. However, this industry in China started late and developed relatively slow while its management method is immature. Because of the global financial crisis in 2008, the container yard industry started its hard thinking about its further development. It’s actively trying to explore and develop better ways to the future. Based on the case study of Huaxi Container Yard, which is in Tianjin Port, this paper focuses on the synergy of the enterprises during their process of complementary resources strategic alliances. Firstly it reviewed the enterprise resource theory, theory of strategic alliances and synergetics, with introduction of the status of current research. Secondly it described the summary of Tianjin Port and the Huaxi container Yard, and expounds the reasons that Huaxi container yard has established complementary resources strategic alliances and other models of strategic alliances. Finally, based on collaborative demands of the four levels of complementary resources strategic alliances, it analyzed needs and coordination of the Huaxi company from the perspective of the company’s business resource, human resource, organizational resource and leadership resource. In this case study, the thesis focused on the various needs of company’s business, human resource, organization and leadership. It summarized the cooperative strategy in responding to these needs of the enterprise. Because of these strategies, Huaxi container yard solved some practical problems and realized a synergistic effect during the process of complementary resource strategic alliances. Not only this enterprise but also other companies will gain from its practice. | |
