| 中文摘要: | 中国的制造业走到今天,正面临着越来越大的挑战。之前粗放型的管理方式已经不能适应当前市场的快速变化。如果不建立科学的制造管理系统,不在系统管理上下功夫的话,中国制造业将面临失去仅存的那一点人力成本优势。 我们必须变革才能获得新的优势。本人正是以一个制造工厂管理系统为研究对象,利用系统管理和权变管理思想相结合的理论来进行研究,试图向读者展示作者的研究成果:在现在制造管理中,如何构建先进有效的制造管理系统。 为此,本文主要研究了下面四个方面: 1.从企业管理,制造系统管理,战略管理三个方面入手,重新学习和体会前人在这几个方面的研究经验,将系统管理,权变管理,价值链分析以及竞争优势等理论作为构建制造管理系统的理论依据。 2.通过对联想集团深圳厂业务活动分析以及和联想集团战略的分析,明确了构建此系统的动因。在此基础上,我们根据深圳厂业务活动的分类,构建了整个制造管理系统的目标框架,包含了战略管理系统,基础系统,核心业务活动系统三大系统。为后续具系统统内容分析奠定了基础。 3.在目标架构的基础上,分别对战略管理系统,基础系统和核心业务活动系统的设计和实施进行了研究。讨论了在几个系统设计和实施过程的管理理念,管理技术和管理方法。运用一系列图标和数据揭示深圳厂构建的系统特色。为同类型企业提供了参考。 4.在研究过程中,作者重点放在系统的构建上,没有过多对管理技术细节进行阐述,读者在阅读过程中可以参考相关书籍。 本文的创新之处在运用了系统权变理论作为理论依据,运用辩证的思维方式研究问题。另外,本文的关注点在管理系统系统的构建,而不是管理系统技术方法的研究,这个研究方向很少见到。 整体来讲,本文揭示了制造管理逐渐向系统化和系统化的发展思路。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Today, China's manufacturing is facing a growing challenge, which the rough management can not adapt to rapid changes in the current market. If the manufacturer does not establish a scientific management system, China's manufacturing industry will lose the only one advantage of low labor cost. We must change to get the advantage. The writer chooses a manufacturing plant management system as the researched object, uses system and contingency theory to perform research, and try to show readers of the research result, in the modern manufacturing management, how to build advanced and efficient manufacturing management System. Overall this study has the following four areas. Firstly, by re-learning and understanding previous research about enterprise management, manufacturing system management, strategic management, writer lets the system management, contingency management, value chain analysis and the theories of competitive advantage as theoretical basis for building a manufacturing management system. Secondly, by Lenovo Group's Shenzhen plant operations analysis and strategy analysis, a clear motive to build this system is confirmed. On this basis, we classify business activities of the Shenzhen factory; build the whole framework and goal of manufacturing management system, including strategic management system, basic system, and core system. These help to make foundation for the following content analysis. Thirdly, on the basis of the target architecture, strategic management system, basic systems and core business system design and implementation are studied respectively. And system design and implementation of management philosophy, management techniques and management methods are also discussed, providing a reference for the same company. Lastly, in the study, the author focuses on system architecture, and not too elaborates on the management of technical details; readers can refer to the relevant secretary of the process. The innovation points of the research are the use of contingency theory as the theoretical basis and the use of dialectical way of thinking. In addition, this paper concerns the construction of management system, rather than technology and methods research of management systems. This research rarely is seen. Overall speaking, the paper reveals the development ideas of progressive manufacturing management system of the systematization. | |
