中文摘要:多元化战略是企业发展中普遍采用的重要战略,一直以来都受到理论和企业界的重视。企业的多元化经营并不是要企业盲目进行规模和范围的扩张,多元化经营的出现和发展是产业走向成熟的必经之路,也是企业发展一定阶段后的必然选择结果。目前,理论研究的重点是企业应如何进行多元化经营的问题,虽然影响多元化经营效率的因素很多,但如何通过有效的手段保证多元化经营的顺利实施尤为关键。通过对失败的多元化经营企业案例的分析发现,没有构建科学合理的组织结构以适应多元化战略是许多企业失败的重要原因。企业多元化经营成功与否,关键在于组织实施,科学合理的组织结构是保障多元化经营有效实施的手段。组织结构作为企业的内在机制,只有与公司战略相匹配时才能给公司带来最大的价值。 长期以来,在战略管理领域,很多学者都一直关注多元化战略和组织结构。多元化战略作为组织层面的战略,其实施与否对组织的发展起着至关重要的作用。组织结构的合理性又是影响多元化能否成功实施的重要因素,合理的组织结构将会有力地支持多元化战略的实施。因此,在对组织结构进行研究时,有必要深入了解多元化战略的内涵、类型及其与组织结构间的关系。本研究首先对国内外学者在多元化战略和组织结构领域的相关研究进行理论回顾,然后试图对多元化战略和组织结构的关系进行一些探索性研究,给出多元化战略下组织结构的研究模式和结论。 本研究从多元化战略的概念入手,根据其理论研究的线索,分析了多元化战略概念的演进、多元化战略的动因、多元化类型和战略方向。在组织结构方面,本研究阐述了组织结构的内涵、组织结构演进的理论基础、组织结构模式演变。在分别对多元化战略和组织结构进行分析后,本研究以“战略—结构”为框架来考察多元化战略与组织结构的互动关系,包括战略与组织结构间的关系分析、多元化战略与组织结构间的互动关系探究、多元化战略下组织结构选择应坚持的原则。本研究的重点在于多元化战略和组织结构的基本理论回顾,组织战略与企业组织结构的关系,多元化战略与企业组织结构的互动,多元化战略下组织所采取的组织结构模式的归纳等。 本研究系统地分析了多元化战略下电子制造企业的组织架构和相应的经营管理方式,提出了多元化战略与电子制造企业的组织结构间的互动关系,明确了多元化战略下组织结构选择应坚持的原则。本研究主要着手于从理论上分析多元化战略与组织结构的内在关系,研究电子制造企业多元化经营中组织结构变革的方向,并对多元化经营公司组织变革的内在逻辑作出说明。本研究对指导电子制造企业多元化战略的有效实施具有积极的现实意义,并且对战略管理理论的发展具有一定的理论价值。主要的结论包括:第一,战略与组织结构间的关系分析,多元化战略与组织结构间的互动关系探究,分别从非相关多元化和相关多元化两个方面,分析了两种多元化方向下与之相匹配的组织结构的特点,给实施多元化经营的企业提供借鉴;第二,通过多元化战略的理论回顾和组织结构的演变进程分析,得出多元化战略下典型的事业部制的组织结构模式,并对此架构进行深入分析,得出事业部制的组织结构模式模型;第三,明晰电子制造企业多元化与组织结构间的关系。本研究对电子制造企业多元化战略下的组织结构进行详细分析,为多元化战略下电子制造企业的组织目标和经营管理,包括员工管理和组织管理,指明变革方向。 最后,本研究以海尔集团为例,详述了电子制造企业实施多元化战略的组织结构选择,将海尔集团的多元化战略与组织结构的匹配模式分为三个步骤:多元化战略的选择、多元化与组织结构间的互动匹配及多元化的实施。依据企业内部条件分析和外部环境分析选择相应战略,内部条件分析从企业内隐能力和外显资本,无形资本和有形资本四个方面去探究。外部环境则是从宏观国家政策和中观产业格局去分析。多元化战略与组织结构不是固定不变的,它们之间是一种动态匹配关系,组织结构依据战略的变化作出调整,反之,战略的制定也应符合组织经营哲学和组织中大而长久的制度。本研究最终构建了以业务、市场和整合管理为导向的海尔集团多元化战略下的组织结构框架,为管理实践和学术研究提供了借鉴。 企业的多元化经营总是意味着组织结构的复杂化,多元化经营容易使原来的企业组织与管理结构发生冲突,组织与管理的变革势在必行,要求以新的组织与管理结构来适应企业多元化经营进程的需要,以保持企业的整体性、稳定性、可控性,提高企业组织效率等组织与管理目标,并为企业发展提供组织与管理保证。电子制造本身就是以技术创新为核心的行业,技术的更新速度和信息化和网络化经济的背景下,电子制造企业的多元化经营将会面临更严峻的对组织结构变革的要求,本研究将对电子制造企业进行业务导向的分类,一一研究其组织结构的变革和管理,以期给予企业更具体的指导实践。  
英文摘要:As an important strategy, diversification strategy is commonly used in the development of company. Enterprise's diversified management not to enterprise blindly scale and scope of the expansion, the emergence and development of diversification is industry of the maturity of the only road, also is enterprise development after certain stage the inevitable choice of results. At present, the theoretical research is focused on the enterprise should how to diversify business problem, although affect the efficiency of diversification, but how many factors through effective means to ensure the smooth implementation of diversified economy is key. Through diversification of failure analysis of the business case studies found no building scientific and reasonable structure to adapt to diversification strategy is the important reason many businesses fail. It has always been the theory that attracts attention from theorists and business. For a long time, in the field of strategic management, many scholars have been concerned about the diversification strategy and organizational structure. As a strategic organizational level, the implementation of Diversification strategy plays a vital role in the development of the organization. The rationality of the organizational structure is also an important factor for successful diversification implementation; reasonable structure will effectively support the diversification strategy. Therefore, in the study of organizational structure, it is necessary to understand the meaning, types of diversification strategy, and the relationship between the diversification strategies with organizational structure. Firstly, the paper make a study in the field of diversification strategy and organizational structure, reviewing the relevant theoretical research, and then try to do exploratory research in the relationship between diversification strategy and organizational structure finding the organizational structure model and conclusions under the diversification strategy . From the start, The paper makes a study in the concept of diversification strategy. According to its theoretical research clues, do analysis of the evolution of the concept of diversification strategy, the paper analyzes diversification strategy motivation, diversity type and strategic direction. In the respect of Organizational structure, this study describes the content of organizational structure and the theory evolution, the pattern of organizational structure evolution. Based on the framework of” strategy - structure", t this study examine the interaction between strategy and organizational structure, including the analysis of relationship between diversification strategy and organization, exploring the interaction between the structure and diversified organizational structure, the choice principle and so on. This study systematically analyzes the organizational structure and the appropriate management approach of electronic manufacturing business under diversification strategy, proposing the interaction between diversification strategy and organizational structure, and defining the selection principle of organizational structure under diversification strategy. This research mainly embarking on theoretically diversification strategy and organization structure, the relationship between the internal electronic manufacturing enterprises diversified management in the direction of the organization structure reform, and the diversified management company organizational change explain the inner logic. This study electronic manufacturing enterprises to guide the effective implementation of the diversification strategy has positive significance and the development of the theory of strategic management has certain theoretical value. The main conclusions include: first, strategy and organization structure analysis, the relationship between diversification strategy and organization structure of the interactions between the inquisition, unrelated diversification and respectively from two aspects related diversification, analyzes two kind of diversity under the direction of matching with the characteristics of the organizational structure, give the implementation multiplication business reference; Second, through diversification strategy review and organizational structure of the theory of evolution process analysis, obtains diversification strategy made of typical of the department under the organizational structure mode, and in-depth analysis of this structure, it is concluded that the organization structure divisional organization model; Third, clear electronic manufacturing enterprises diversified and the relationship between organizational structure. Enterprise's diversified business always means organization structure will be complicated, diversified business easily lead to the original enterprise organization and management structure in conflict. it is imperative for organization and management change to adapt to the needs of enterprise diversified management process. In order to maintain integrity and stability of enterprises, we should improve enterprise organization efficiency and control organization and management goals. The core of electronics manufacturing is technical innovation, electronic manufacturing enterprises will be facing a serious of organization structure reform, This research explores organizational structure reform and management in order to give businesses more specific practical guidance.
