| 中文摘要: | 摘要 20 世纪90 年代起,随着人们消费水平及消费理念的提高,休闲食品已经成 为人们食品消费的新宠。中国休闲食品行业快速扩展壮大,已进入不断改进和 创新的发展新阶段。休闲食品企业在迎来发展机遇的同时,也面临了巨大的挑 战,竞争的强度和风险与日俱增。 本文首先运用PEST 分析方法对中国休闲食品行业的政治法律因素、经济因 素社会和文化因素、技术因素四个方面进行一般环境分析;其次,通过运用迈 克尔·波特教授的“五力模型”从潜在进入者、替代品、供应商、顾客以及产 业内竞争者五个方面对休闲食品行业的竞争环境进行分析。分析表明,休闲食 品行业同质化现象严重,价格战此起彼伏,竞争激烈,企业利润日趋平均化; 企业固定投资不大,进入和退出门槛低,对传统的品牌企业构成威胁。 在此基础上,对中国乖乖控股集团进行SWOT 分析,分析发现由于中国乖乖 控股集团过度扩张,企业资金短缺严重影响了营销及企业管理工作的开展。通 过并购及重组战略理论分析发现,重组战略能够使企业实现能力要素的有机整 合,适时地进行重组战略是企业得以恢复发展的重要手段。由此,本文具体阐 述了中国乖乖控股集团实施重组战略过程中应遵循的基本原则以及重组战略的 战略形式选择,并提出了企业在重组战略实施过程中的具体做法。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Abstract Since the 1990s, because of the change of the consumption level and consumption concept, leisure food consumption has become one of major ones of people. The leisure food industry of China has improved to the new level. While the leisure food industry facing the development opportunities, it is also facing tremendous challenges and increasing risks. Firstly, the article uses the PEST methods to analyse the general enviorment of the leisure food industry in china, based on politicl factors, economical factors, social factors and technological factors; Secondly, through the use of Professor Michael Porter’s "five-forces model", which consists of threat of new entrants, threat of substitutes, supplier power, buyer power and industry rivalry, the thesis analyses the competitive environment of the leisure food industry. The analysis results show that the homogenization phenomenon of the leisure food industry is critical. And there is intense price war. Because of the fixed invest of the industry is small, the entry and the exit barries is low, the recent enterprises in the industry can feel tremendous presure. Then the thesis uses the SWOT method to amylase the company, and found that restructuring strategy can make enterprises realize the integration of competence factors and the restructuring strategy is the most important way for the company to redevelop. Therefore, this thesis elaborated the basic principles that China GuaiGuai Enterprises Group should follow when implementing reengineering strategic and the choices of straegic form. The thesis also puts forward the specific practices during the implementing process. | |
