| 中文摘要: | 摘要 美国著名管理学家迈克尔·卡米1曾经说道:“没有战略的企业,就像一艘 没有舵的船一样,只会原地转圈,又像个流浪汉一样,无家可归。”战略是对 企业的发展目标、达成目标的途径和手段做出的全局性、长远性谋划,确保企 业发展方向性不会错。“三年发展靠机遇,十年发展靠战略”,在市场竞争激 烈,经济形势复杂多变的当今世界,对于想谋求长远发展的企业,必须重视战 略管理。 本文研究中石油渤海石油装备制造公司2发展战略,在对其内部资源和外部 环境客观全面分析的基础上,对战略进行分析选择,最终确定以市场渗透、产 品发展、集群化战略作为公司总体战略,并围绕公司层面战略确定市场营销、 人力资源、科研创新、质量提升等职能层面战略,指导公司各项工作的进行, 有效利用各种资源,生产社会所需的产品和服务,参与国内外竞争。 本文基于对增长型战略、稳定型战略和收缩型战略相关理论的学习,利用 PEST 方法对公司外部坏境进行分析,使用生命周期分析方法对公司所处产业发 展情况进行判断,并使用SWOT 分析法,研究公司可选战略。本文研究对实现渤 海公司建设“国内领先、国际知名”的综合性装备制造企业的宏伟愿景具有指 导意义,为其他石油装备制造企业战略制定提供参考。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Abstract The famous American management experts Michael Kami once said: "no strategy of an enterprise, is like a ship without rudder, only will turn in, and like a tramp, homeless." It recognizes the importance of strategic for enterprises. Enterprise strategy is the landmark, is a compass, ensure no wrong direction." Three development opportunities, ten years development depend on strategy", to seek for a long-term development of the enterprise, must pay attention to the strategic management. Because of the fierce competition in the market, the economic situation is complicated, an enterprise can succeed, lies in the effective application of strategic management. As the first step of strategic management, strategy planning is very important. To study BoHai equipment manufacturing company development strategy, this paper based on the enterprise merger strategy, product diversification strategy, strategic and integration of industrial cluster strategy, using PEST analysis method, life cycle analysis method and SWOT method, research company optional strategies. In its internal and external environment resources objectively comprehensively analysis, final choice market penetration, company product development, integration strategy as the corporate strategy, use marketing, human resources, scientific and technological innovation, quality promotion strategy, to guiding company participating market competition. | |
