中文摘要:摘 要 由于全球经济一体化进程的加快,国际国内铝业市场的竞争日趋激烈,特别是在经历过本轮金融危机后,中共中央国务院力推产业结构转型,山西省委省政府也加快了淘汰落后产能的步伐,山西省中小铝工业企业能否生存发展,关键在于是否能选择一条合理的发展战略,能否形成特有的竞争优势。因此,在此时对我省中小铝工业企业的发展战略进行深入研究显得十分重要,特别是对我省典型企业的个案研究则更有现实意义。 本文借助经典产业经济理论和战略管理理论和方法,对国家产业环境和山西省基本省情进行了比较细致的分析,结合山西景峰铝业有限公司的现状展开了更为贴切的企业发展战略研究,力图为企业制定一套永续的发展战略,只有这样企业才能在日趋复杂的竞争环境中得以持续、健康、快速发展,为当地发展方式转变,经济结构调整作出贡献。 论文主要包括以下内容: 首先本文主要介绍了选题意义和背景,并指出论文研究的主要内容与思路,以及论文的创新之处。 其次文章概述了战略管理的相关理论,从企业内部研究战略管理的理论到基于企业外部产业组织理论研究的战略管理再到基于信息经济的战略管理、以及国内的有关理论研究等方面进行了综述与评价。接着,本文主要从外部环境和内部条件两方面对景峰铝业进行了分析:在外部环境上主要从宏观环境、铝行业环境方面进行了较深刻分析;在内部条件上主要从景峰铝业的管理组织、财务能力、营销能力、生产能力等方面进行了较系统分析。 再次本文运用SWOT矩阵与波特五力分析法对景峰铝业的主业进行了竞争战略环境的分析,描述了景峰铝业面临的机遇与威胁,有利与不利、为景峰铝业发展战略目标与竞争战略的制订提供科学依据,可以说是文章的重点部分。而论文的关键部分,则在于根据前期研究的成果对景峰铝业的发展战略给出了清晰的定位,从组织管理、技术推进等方面提出对应性战略举措。 最后为论文的结语部分,通过对全文的提炼、概括,明确本文创新之处,指出了本文不足方面,并为本人今后的研究指明了方向。  
英文摘要:Abstract Since the acceleration of global economic integration, international and domestic aluminum market, increasing competition, especially having gone through the financial crisis, the CPC Central Committee and State Council pushing industrial restructuring, Shanxi provincial government has also accelerated the elimination of backward production capacity pace, Shanxi Province, small and medium enterprises can survive the development of aluminum industry, the key is whether to choose a reasonable development strategy, can form a unique competitive advantage. Therefore, the province at this time small and medium industrial enterprises in aluminum-depth study of the development strategy is very important, especially for a typical business case studies in our province are more practical significance. With the help of the classical economic theory, industry and strategic management theory and methods, the state's industrial environment and the basic situation in the province of Shanxi were compared with detailed analysis, combined with the status of Shanxi Prime Aluminium Ltd launched a more appropriate business development strategy attempt to develop a sustainable enterprise development strategy, the only way companies can compete in an increasingly complex environment of sustainable, healthy and rapid development, local development patterns, contributing to economic restructuring. Paper includes the following chapters: The first chapter is the conclusion, the main topics of this paper describes the meaning and context, and pointed out that the main thesis content and ideas, and innovation of the paper. Chapter II outlines the theory of strategic management, strategic management from the enterprise of theory to the theory of industrial organization based outside the enterprise's strategic management of information-based economy and then to the strategic management, as well as domestic aspects of the theory are reviewed and evaluation. The third chapter is a fundamental part of this thesis, mainly from the external environment and internal conditions of the two aspects of Prime aluminum analysis. In the external environment, mainly from the macro environment, the aluminum industry environment and micro environment for a more profound analysis; in the internal conditions of the management of primary aluminum from the Heights, organization, financial capability, marketing capability, production capacity and other aspects of a more systematic analysis. The fourth chapter is the key part of this thesis, the use of SWOT matrix and Porter Five Forces Analysis of the Heights, the main aluminum were competitive analysis of the strategic environment, describes the Prime opportunities and threats facing the aluminum industry, favorable and unfavorable development strategy for the Prime Aluminum formulation of objectives and competitive strategy to provide a scientific basis. The fifth chapter is a key part of this thesis, according to the results of preliminary studies on the development of aluminum Prime gives a clear positioning strategy, organizational management, technology and other aspects of the corresponding forward strategic initiatives. Finally, the conclusion part of the paper, through the refinement of the full text and summarized, clearly this innovation, this article points out the lack of respect, and I pointed out the direction for future research.
