中文摘要：	摘 要 近年来，资金匮乏及资金链管理滞后已成为影响甚至制约我国企业，尤其是中小民营企业发展的重要因素。特别是在2008年金融危机爆发的背景下，我国民营企业普遍出现了资金紧张甚至资金链断裂的情况，大量民营企业因资金链危机最终造成经营崩溃甚至破产倒闭，相应地，深入研究中小民营企业的资金链危机及其应对的管理方法对我国企业甚至整个经济社会的发展都有较重要的实践意义。 本研究即是将以浙江民企为典型代表的我国民营企业的资金链危机与应对实践为主要研究点，较系统地归纳探讨我国中小民营企业的资金链危机与管理问题。 论文概括梳理了资金链管理、财务风险管理和危机管理的相关理论，在此基础上，阐析了当前我国中小民营企业的特点及其资金链的状况，分析了中小民营企业资金链断裂的内、外部原因以及资金链断裂的危害，进而有针对性地提出并阐述了中小民营企业通过开源、节流以及系统防范和应急处理等的资金链危机管理方略，并选取有“民企之都”之称的浙江温州的典型企业——立品康食品饮料有限公司为对象进行了具体的案例分析，从而进一步说明本研究的一些研究结论。 论文力争把有关浙江民企资金链运作的具体实践和我国民营企业资金链危机与管理的普遍规律相架通，进而得出适合中小民营企业的可操作的资金链危机管理理念与方法，研究结果对我国中小民营企业更有效地避免资金链危机有借鉴意义。
英文摘要：	Abstract In recent years, the shortage of cash flow as well as the lag of capital chain management has become the obstacles of Chinese enterprises’ continuing growth. Particularly in 2008, in the context of financial crisis, Chinese enterprises are facing the crises of lack of funds and the rupture of the capital chain, and most of them, especially private enterprises, have suffered operating dilemma or even bankruptcy. In response to these phenomena, this thesis has mainly offered some helpful suggestions to deal with capital difficulties, which has practical significance to enterprises and even the whole economic system of our nations. This thesis has focused on the capital crisis management in the typical private enterprises of Zhejiang Province, and systematically summarized the issues of capital crises and management in Chinese SMEs. This thesis has reviewed the related theories, including capital chain management, financial risk management and crisis management. Based on this, this thesis has elaborated the current characteristics of Chinese SMEs and their capital chains, and analyzed the causes and the negative effects of the rupture of the capital chain in and outside the enterprises. And then this thesis has put forward the settlement and measures replying to the crises, including increasing income and decreasing cost, establishing prevention and emergency response system and so on. Lipinkang Food & Beverage Corporation Limited, which is a typical private enterprise in Wenzhou City of Zhejiang Province, is examined as the example in this thesis so as to explain the main conclusions. This thesis tries to connect the practices with the laws related to capital operating and capital crisis management in Zhejiang Province, and come to the conclusions about the management philosophy and methods related to capital crisis management in Chinese private SMEs. And these conclusions are expected to be a reference to the private SMEs of our nations.
