| 中文摘要: | 摘要 随着全球经济的快速发展,消费者收入水平的提高,人们的需求也日新月异,更加注重时尚性与独特性,产品更新换代的周期越来越短,多样化、个性化的市场已经形成。在激烈的市场竞争环境中,纺织服装企业只有快速满足用户多样化、个性化的需求,才能赢得机遇。这就要求企业生产的产品要向多品种、小批量、多批次、短周期方向发展。 快速满足客户多样化、个性化的需求,必然导致了产品实现过程的复杂性和多变性,也必然带来企业整个生产运营模式的变革,高效率和高柔性成为衡量一个企业竞争力的重要因素。 柔性运营中的柔性生产是一种市场导向型的按需生产,其优势是增强制造企业的灵活性和应变能力,缩短产品生产周期,提高劳动生产率,其实质是指生产系统对用户需求变化的响应速度。 本文以太原日神公司为例,应用运营管理、战略管理、营销管理等的基本理论,特别是柔性生产理论,结合公司实际,围绕如何提高企业生产产品的柔性、生产数量的柔性和生产时间的柔性,提出了建立柔性运营体系的措施与方法。首先通过分析生产方式的变迁,了解柔性生产理论的产生与发展。其次,通过运用SWOT分析,找出公司所面临的来自外部的机会、威胁,发现自身的优势和劣势,并且将企业的优势、劣势分别与外部环境中的机会、威胁进行配对分析,利用机会和优势,避开威胁和劣势,确定公司应采用的发展战略。同时通过调查问卷形式,对公司的产品和消费者进行了分析和定位,提出了消费者对产品的需求特点。最后从产品设计柔性、产品生产柔性及与之相适应的组织结构柔性、管理柔性等方面提出了具体的实施措施。希望通过上述分析研究,能帮助企业提高整体柔性,更好地满足消费者需求,并期望对我国相关纺织服装企业的柔性能力提升提供借鉴。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Abstract With the rapid development of global economy and improvement of consumer’s income, the demand of people is also changing, fashion and uniqueness to be more focused on, products renewal cycle is shorter and shorter, diversified and personalized market has been created. In the fierce competitive market, textile and garment enterprises are subject to quickly satisfy diversified and personalized requirements of the customers to win the opportunities. It requires enterprises to develop products with more varieties, small batch, batches and short cycle. The requirement of to satisfy quickly the customers’ diversification and individuality inevitably leads a complex and variable process to make the products, it also innovates production operation method of the enterprise, high efficiency and flexibility becomes an important factor to measure the competitive power of an enterprise. Flexible production of flexible operation is a market drive production on-demand, its advantage is to enhance the flexibility and adaptability of manufacturers, shorten the production cycle and improve labor productivity, its essence refers to the response speed of production system based on customer’s requirements. Taking Taiyuan Sungod company as an example, to apply the operation management, strategic management, marketing management and other basic theory, especially the flexible production theory, combined with the practice of Apollo, measures and methods of flexible operation system has been proposed based on how to improve the flexibility of products, quantity and lead time. First, learn generation and development of flexible production theory through analyzing the change of production methods. Secondly, through SWOT analysis, find out opportunities and threats from external of the company, know its advantages and disadvantages, and respectively match the advantages and disadvantages of the enterprise with the external opportunities and threats to analyze, make use of the opportunities and advantage, and avoid the threats and disadvantages to determine the company development strategy. In the mean time, analyzing and positioning the products and consumer by questionnaires form, and got the characteristic of requirement the customer asked for the products. Finally, got the practical measures based on the flexibility of product design and production, the flexibility of organizational structure and management in conformity with the former. Hope to help enterprises improve the overall flexibility to meet consumer demand better, and expect to be helpful to improve the flexibility of the China textile clothing enterprises. | |
