| 中文摘要: | 摘 要 伴随着我国市场经济改革的不断深入和经济的飞速发展,越来越多的企业开始走向正规化,而从西方国家先进企业引进的职业经理人的概念开始形成,职业经理人在我国经济舞台上开始发挥重要的作用。尽管职业经理人在我国企业中已占有举足轻重的地位,但是职业经理人在我国仍然还是一个新鲜事物,其发展还不十分成熟。 近年来,国家大力倡导自主创业,并给予创业团队十分有利的条件,因而,越来越多人开始自主创业,而相比于自主创业,创业团队有着更大的优势。这个团队能够在如今这个充满未知数和巨大风险的商业竞争环境中,避开个体创业的弊端,保证小企业存活的可能性并支撑着小企业的发展。创业团队因而成为国内比较热门的一种创业模式。 结合我国职业经理人发展的现状与创业团队自身的特点和企业的经营状况,借鉴西方的先进经验,深入研究职业经理人在创业团队中的作用机制对于建立现代企业制度,提高企业管理水平,实现企业自身的发展,具有重要的现实意义。同时,对职业经理人在创业团队中的发挥的作用的研究所获得的经验对于丰富我国职业经理人的相关理论也具有十分重要的理论意义。 因此本文从职业经理人在创业团队中发挥作用的背景出发,联系国内企业实际情况,对职业经理人的现状、存在的问题以及其在创业团队中作用机制的进行深入研究,同时对职业经理人如何在创业团队中发挥更大作用提出具体建议,包括完善职业经理人的引入机制、对职业激励人进行充分授权、优化职业经理人的激励措施、强化职业经理人的约束机制。 笔者力求对职业经理人在创业团队中的作用机制问题做出较为全面的探讨和阐述,以期对我国新兴起的自主创业的企业管理实践有所帮助。 | |
