| 中文摘要： | 摘要 论文以天津市域轨道交通的发展战略研究为主题，首先从国内外城市轨道交通发展及现状入手，结合天津市域轨道交通发展现状找出存在的主要问题，确定研究的必要性和目标；其次从网络建设的角度，构建中心城区、滨海新区轨道交通网络以及两大城区的轨道交通网，提出了市域轨道交通发展的实施战略；在前面工作的基础上，论文还借鉴经典案例构建了天津市域轨道交通与公交、出租、铁路及等其它交通方式的衔接方案，以辅助城市进行相关决策。 论文的主要成果是： 搜集、整理了国内外市域轨道交通实践经验：对欧洲、北美、日本等发达地区的大城市以及国内大城市的轨道交通发展状况进行调研，把握轨道交通的发展方向，指导后续研究工作； 提出了天津市域轨道交通发展的战略目标和发展策略：基于天津市域轨道交通发展现状和问题分析，结合先进经验提出双城双港背景下天津市域轨道交通的发展战略，并制定了较为详细的分步实施方案； 制定了天津市域轨道交通与其他交通方式的协调方案：重点着眼于天津两大城区的轨道交通网、轨道交通和其他公交的衔接，构建城市交通一体化。 论文充分分析了天津市空间结构、人口规模和交通发展等基本状况和宏观特征，提出操作性强的轨道交通发展战略。研究中紧密结合天津市的经济发展水平、文化背景等实际情况，资料翔实，论证合理，对相关的研究和实践活动具有较高的借鉴意义和参考价值。 | |
| 英文摘要： | Abstract Subjecting in Tianjin regional urban rail transit Development Strategy, and base on the status of domestic and international urban rail transport, the thesis first constitutes the objectives of research combining with the Tianjin regional urban rail transit development situation; Then in the view of Network designing, it gives the network of regional urban rail transit, proposed the development strategy of implementation; Based on the work front and classic example, the paper also develops the plan of regional urban rail transit with other transport modes to assist decision making. The main results are: Collecting domestic and international experience in regional urban rail transit area：The development of rail transportation in the Europe, North America, Japan and other developed areashas been conduct research, and direction of development of rail transportation has also been grasped so as to guide further research; Proposing the strategic objectives and development plans of Tianjin regional urban rail transit: Based on the development of Tianjin regional urban rail transit in domain status and problem analysis, combined with the advanced experience of Hong Kong, the development strategy in the context of double-city and a more detailed step by step program has also been developed; Developing and implement develops the plan of regional urban rail transit with other transport modes: Focusing on the connection of two urban rail network of Tianjin urban, the transport integration has been constructed. Based on the city characteristic in Tianjin, the research has fully considered the current environment when developing the strategy. And the result has certain reference significance and application value. | |
