中文摘要:本文通过金融产品创新动因理论和创新管理理论的论述,力求为我国商业银行产品创新项目管理的研究寻求理论基础。在商业银行产品创新项目的管理过程中,必须保持与商业银行经营三性原则的一致性,使其贯穿商业银行产品创新项目的始终。另外,由于商业银行产品创新项目的特殊性,因此在项目管理中必须使用具有针对性的系统、集成、动态的管理方法。 商业产品创新项目的管理应该是全方位、多角度的,管理过程中要考虑涉及创新项目的过程、组织和能力三方面的内容。在过程管理方面,本文分别说明了产品创新项目开发过程管理方法中,串行和并行两种开发模式的运行机理和特点,以阐明其各自适用的范围和领域;文中还对商业银行产品创新项目营销管理的策略和流程进行了研究,指出了目前国内商业银行“重开发、轻管理”的不足,并补充了商业银行产品创新项目后续管理的意义及主要内容。 针对商业银行产品创新项目管理与一般管理组织的不同,现代商业银行产品创新项目应使用跨部门的开发团队组织形式,使商业银行资源得到优化配置,增强商业银行产品创新的研发能力和核心竞争能力;运用集成的理论和方法,对商业银行产品创新的管理组织形式进行论证,并以此构筑商业银行产品创新的整体组织集成结构。 产品开发过程与组织管理是商业银行的产品创新项目执行阶段运行效果及最终成败的关键,而产品创新能力的开发则是商业银行产品创新可持续发展的基础。在商业银行的经营发展中,只有不断培育产品创新能力,使其与产品创新的过程管理及组织管理紧密连结,才能保证过程及组织管理的顺利实施,获得持续的竞争能力。 
英文摘要:The article makes the theory foundation for the research of product innovation management, based on the methods, such as the causes of financial products innovation and methods of product innovation management. Product innovation project’s management course in the commercial bank, must be keeping consistency with three character principles of commercial bank administration, make it through commercial bank administration all the while. Moreover, because of commercial bank product innovation project’ particularity, it must be provided with system, integration, dynamic’s management methods. Commercial products innovation projects’ management methods should be comprehensive, multi-angle view, it must be considered and related to innovation projects’ process, organization and abilities. In the management course, this text explained product innovation projects management methods of development process, as serial and parallel, two development models’ operating mechanism and characteristic, to elucidate each suitable area. In this text, it was analyzed marketing managements’ strategic and flow of commercial bank product innovation project, pointed out recent commercial bank of China “emphasize development, ignore management” ’s lacks, and complement subsequent management’ significance and major content of commercial bank product innovation projects. In view of the difference between the product innovation project of the commercial bank and general management organization, the organization of a development team with members from different departments should be adopted in modern product innovation project of the commercial bank. Thus, resource allocation of the commercial bank will be optimized and its research and development ability and core competition capability of the product innovation will be enhanced. The theory and method of integration has been used to justify the project innovation management organization of the commercial bank. On base of this, an entire organization integration structure for the commercial bank product innovation has been built. Product development and organization management is the key to the effectiveness of the operation stage and the final result of commercial product innovation project. At the same time, the development of product innovation ability is the base for the sustainable development of commercial bank project innovation. In the operation and development of the commercial bank, product innovation ability should be cultivated continuously and be tightly connected with process management and organization management of product innovation. Only by doing this, process management and organization management can be executed successfully and sustained product innovation ability can be obtained.
