| 中文摘要： | 摘要 工业园区的建设是一个地区即将迈向飞速发展的标志，对区域经济的影响与作用不可估量。二00六年太原市委九次党代会提出，要求“阳曲县加快传统工业新型化基地建设和农业产业化经营”，努力打造“太原北部经济隆起带”，促进地区快速发展，有效支撑太原工业转移，实现科学发展。随即太原市委、市政府提出了构建太原市“八大功能区”的战略，阳曲县作为其一的“新型工业承接区”，承担着太原工业转移的重任，也是加快县域经济发展的良好机遇。 阳曲县工业经济发展目前还处于起步阶段，虽然近几年有一定的发展，但发展速度缓慢，发展后劲不足，和太原市经济的总体发展不相符，无法更好的融入太原市经济圈，与太原市工业总体发展的思路、政策、理念有一定的不同，所以要探索阳曲自己的工业发展道路是目前一个严峻的问题。 本文主要是对工业承接区的发展做了一些探索性研究。首先对工业承接区的概念进行解析，分析了工业园区对区域经济发展的互动作用，即工业园区推动区域经济的发展，区域经济的发展促进工业园区的做大、做强。其次分析了阳曲县当前的经济发展现状和工业承接区的建设规划情况，最后在此基础上提出构建阳曲新型工业承接区的思路和对策。 | |
