中文摘要:摘要 中小企业都希望走上稳定、健康成长的轨道,但是,对于企业成长的概念却有着不同的理解,普遍的观点认为企业成长就是做大、做强,仿佛中小企业的成长方向就是“强”和“大”。然而,大量的中小企业经过10年、20年的“做强”与“做大”却仍在原地踏步,甚至是退步与倒闭。据中国家具协会2008年第3期会刊《中国家具》提供的资料显示:通过对华北、华东与华南地区近200家不同规模的家具企业进行调查发现,至少60%的家具厂仍然处于“作坊”式的管理与运作状态,一些规模较大的家具企业最多也只是达到了“大作坊”的水平。 通过对大量资料的阅读以及与很多企业家朋友的交流,不难发现,我国的家具厂商是中小企业当中很典型的一类,其具有我国中小企业的普遍特性。比如,很多家具厂商,只是把几百号木工集中在一起一个集合体,未能实施企业化的管理;追求企业成长的方式与方法就是买设备、加人,而没能从促进企业成长的要素方向着手,研究与分析企业成长的动力所在从而实现企业成长。 本文以笔者参与创建的新冠美家具有限公司作为研究实例,利用企业成长理论对新冠美13年的快速成长进行了分析,找到促成其成长的关键因素,并对其现在所面临的成长上限与突破方法进行了分析。争取通过新冠美的研究与分析,提炼出一些对促进中小企业成长的有益的经验。 第一章绪论,作为本文的开篇,提出了本文的分析背景、研究的内容与方法。第二章,文献综述部分,明确了中小企业的概念与有关企业成长的研究成果与方法为后文的研究与分析提供了理论基础与工具。第三章,研究对象概况,简要介绍了新冠美家具有限公司的整体情况与成长历程。第四章,研究与分析,对新冠美家具有限公司13年的发展历程分阶段的进行了回顾,找出了促成其快速成长的要素。并对这些要素的发展状况进行了研究,对当前阻碍其成长的成长上限因素与核心要素进行了诊断。第五章,研究建议,“针对管理团队整体素质偏低”的成长上限核心要素提出了改善建议。第六章,简要回顾全文的论述内容,针对前四章的分析与研究提出本文的最终结论并提出企业在实施管理策略时需要注意的几个要点。  
英文摘要:Abstract Although every minor enterprise hope to go steady and healthy growth track, they have different understandings on the concept of enterprise’s growth. Common points agree that enterprise growth is the bigger, stronger. As if the direction of growth of minor enterprise is the "strength" and "great." However, the large number of minor enterprises has made great efforts on “strength” and “great” through 10 years or 20 years, they are still struggling for the "strength" and "great", and even fall back and fail. As the information provided by the journal “Chinese furniture” No.3, 2008 from China Furniture Association, through nearly 200 different sizes furniture enterprises survey in the north, northeast and south of China, we found that at least 60% of the furniture factory is still in a "workshop" style situation on management and operation of state, some of the larger furniture companies at most reached up to the level of “Great workshop”. Through reading the large amounts of data and communicating with many entrepreneur friends, it is not difficult to find furniture manufacturers in China is one of the typical classifications with the common characteristics of minor enterprise. For example, many furniture manufacturers just get together a few hundred workers as a collection, and not implement the enterprise management; their get the pursuit of ways and means of enterprise growth is to buy equipment, add people, and not try to research and analyze the dynamism of enterprise growth on the elements of promoting enterprise growth. In this thesis the author took participate in and created Shanghai New Qumer Furniture Co., Ltd. as an empirical study. Using the enterprise growth theory the author analyzed the reason of New Qumer 13 years of rapid growth and found the key elements contributing to its growth, and analyzed its now facing growth upper limit and breakthrough methods. Through researching and analyzing New Qumer we extract some useful experience on the promoted minor enterprise growth. The first chapter is introduction as the opening of this thesis, which puts forward the analysis background of this thesis research contents and methods. Chapter II is the literature review which clears the concept of minor enterprise growth and the related research results and methods of enterprise, provides the theoretical basis and tools for the rest thesis. Chapter III is the study overview, which introduces the whole situation and growth process of Shanghai New Qumer Furniture Co., Ltd. Chapter IV is research and analysis, which reviews 13 years development history of Shanghai New Qumer Furniture Co., Ltd, and finds the elements contributing to its rapid growth, and researches the development of these elements. At last it diagnoses the current key elements of growth upper limit. Chapter V, the research proposals, it puts forward the improved recommendations on the elements of growth upper limit for “poor cultivation of management team." Chapter VI, it briefly reviews the full content, for the previous four chapters of analysis and research, and makes the final conclusion. The enterprise proposes management strategies which need to pay attention to the following points.
