| 中文摘要： | 摘 要 本文介绍了国内医药行业技术创新的总体现状，医药产业作为朝阳产业在国民经济中的重要地位和涉及民生的特性，决定了其需要持续不断地发展来满足人民生活的需求。占医药行业主体的中小型医药企业由于自身条件所限，在技术创新上存在诸多问题。本文深入分析了医药技术创新服务的供求关系，行业技术创新服务平台的基本特征和发展趋势以及存在的主要问题，提出了构建技术创新服务平台的总体思路和措施，并设计依托天津市医药研发资源，构建面向天津辐射全国的中小型医药企业的技术创新服务平台，并设计了平台的组织结构和运行方式，希望通过平台的有效运行，大幅度提升医药企业自主创新能力，推动医药企业成为技术创新主体，为天津市以及以开发区、高新区为代表的滨海新区生物医药产业集群提供强有力的技术支撑。 | |
| 英文摘要： | Abstract This article describes the domestic pharmaceutical industry Technical Innovation of the overall situation, the pharmaceutical industry in the national economy as a sunrise industries related to the livelihood of the important status and identity, the need for continuous development to meet the needs of the People' s lives. The pharmaceutical industry accounted for small and medium sized pharmaceutical enterprises limited due to their own conditions, in technological innovation, there are many issues. This thoroughly analyzed the relationship between supply and demand of Medical Services Technology Innovation and Technology Innovation Services Platform and the basic characteristics as well as the main trend of development, technological innovation to build a service platforms in general ideas and measures, and designed by relying on Tianjin Pharmaceutical Research and development resources, to build national radiation Tianjin small and medium sized pharmaceutical enterprises' technological innovation service platform, and to design a platform of the organizational structure and operating in the hope that the effective operation of the platform to greatly enhance innovation capacity pharmaceutical enterprises, the pharmaceutical enterprises for technological innovation, and the Tianjin Development Zone, high and new areas for the Binhai New District Biological Pharmaceutical Industry clusters with strong technical support. | |
