中文摘要：	摘 要 本文的研究对象是房地产公司项目沟通管理的方法。针对目前国内业界缺乏针对性的沟通管理工作研究的现状，通过对文献分析和归纳，基于项目管理、项目沟通管理等相关理论，深入分析了在沟通管理工作在房地产项目管理工作中的重要性，以及项目管理过程中沟通管理存在的问题，并提出了在项目开发过程中沟通管理工作的具体方法。 研究本课题的主要原因是近年来房地产行业在我国取得了高速的发展，在地产企业取得较好效益的同时，企业的管理水平确参差不齐。目前，在行业内项目管理方面已具备相应成熟的质量、进度、投资管理水平，但在沟通管理工作方面，极少有公司把其系统的纳入其管理体系当中去，通常是通过诸如管理者工作习惯、行政制度或其他制度等共同建立公司的沟通管理体系，致使沟通管理工作缺乏计划性、全面性及系统性，且依赖于管理者的沟通管理水平。 本文针对中海地产集团公司的房地产开发模式，深入分析其沟通管理工作的运行状况，并对地产项目开发的沟通管理工作方法进行分析，主要观点与结论有：结合我国地产行业的特点，分析地产行业的发展现状，对项目沟通管理工作在地产项目开发过程中的重要性进行分析。深入分析中海地产集团公司沟通管理工作，对其沟通管理工作的具体内容进行分析，并分析其特点。结合项目沟通管理理论，对房地产开发项目沟通管理工作的沟通计划、信息发布及管理收尾工作的方法及基本管理要求进行深入的研究和系统归纳。通过以中海地产集团公司的沟通管理工作为案例分析，提出房地产项目沟通管理工作的基本方法。
英文摘要：	Abstract Object of this thesis is to communicate real estate project management approach.
