中文摘要：	摘 要 都市农业是农业与工业在不断深度融合过程中形成的一种较发达的农业形态，是现代农业的重要组成部分，也是一个城市农业现代化水平的重要标志。上世纪50年代，国外一些发达国家已经展开对都市农业的研究，并付诸实践，呈现各具特色、竞相发展的良好局面。进入21世纪，我国的北京、上海、深圳、广州、西安等地，全力发展都市农业，形成多种模式，取得不少成果。重视并致力于发展都市农业是国内外各地推进经济转型发展的重要举措和主要趋势。 太原市是山西省的政治、经济和文化中心，拥有近350万人口，其中城市人口占到70%以上，是一个典型的“大城市、小农村”发展格局，而且经过全市人民的共同努力，太原的经济实力日益壮大，发展结构和环境日益优化。太原农业由城郊型农业向都市型农业转变已具备一定的基础，既是大势所趋、战略选择，也是摆在我们面前的重大课题。 本文以战略管理和环境分析为理论指导，以太原都市农业发展为研究对象，通过认真研究都市农业发展的相关理论和国内外的成功实践，结合常年工作经验，认真梳理太原农业发展现状、存在的主要问题，然后运用SWOT分析工具，探析太原发展都市农业的优势、劣势、发展机会和面临的威胁，在此基础上，提出太原都市农业发展的总体思路、功能定位，发展目标，特别是有针对性地提出具有太原特色的圈层发展战略及围绕这一战略实施的发展布局和重点，最后提出6条保障措施，以期对太原都市农业发展有所帮助。 本文共分为六章：第一章是绪论，主要阐述论文的选题背景和选题意义、研究思路和研究框架。第二章回顾了都市农业、战略管理、环境分析等相关理论，为全文的研究奠定理论基础。第三章介绍了国内外都市农业发展情况，并由此得出5条启示，为太原都市农业发展提供参考。第四章对太原都市农业发展环境进行分析，阐述发展现状及存在问题、分析外部环境，然后运用SWOT分析工具进行综合分析，为下步发展战略的选择及实施提供依据。第五章提出太原都市农业发展的功能定位、发展目标、圈层发展战略及发展举措。第六章为结论，对全文的研究进行简要归纳，得出结论。 本文的创新之处在于，在理论与实践相结合的基础上，力求通过学习借鉴国内外发展都市农业的成功实践，联系太原的实际情况，认真分析存在的困难和问题，从操作层面，提出具体的思路和措施，促进太原都市农业健康发展。
英文摘要：	Abstract Urban agriculture is a developed form of agriculture, it formed in the process of agriculture and industry’s constantly deeply integration. It is an important component of modern agriculture. It is also an important symbol of a city’s modernization. In the 50th of last century, some foreign countries have already started research on urban agriculture, and put it into practice. It forms a good situation which showing variety of characteristics and striving to develop. In the 21st century, Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Xi'an and other places in our country, try their best to develop urban agriculture, forming multi-mode, achieve a lot of results. Pay attention and committed to the development of urban agriculture to promote the development is an important measure of economic restructuring and major trends in and abroad. Taiyuan is the political, economic and cultural center of Shanxi Province, with nearly 3500 thousand people. Its urban population account for more than 70%. It is a typical development pattern of "big city, small rural", and through the joint efforts of people throughout the city, Taiyuan’s economic strength development becoming stronger, the development structure and environment becoming more optimal. Taiyuan agriculture’s from suburban agriculture to urban agriculture has to have some basic condition, it is a major issue changes in both the general trend and the strategic choice before us. This paper based on the theory of strategic management and environmental analysis, with the development of Taiyuan urban agriculture as the research object, through careful study of urban agriculture development in theory and successful practices in and abroad, combined with long working experiences, carefully combing Taiyuan agricultural development status, major problems. Using analysis tool SWOT, studying the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of urban agricultural development in Taiyuan. On this basis, proposing the general concept of urban agriculture, function, development goals, especially for putting forward a development strategy of Taiyuan and the characteristics of the circle around the layout of the development of the implementation of this strategy and focus, and finally proposes six safeguards to the development of Taiyuan urban agriculture. This article is divided into six chapters: First is the expound, the paper introduces the research background and significance of the topic, research ideas and research framework. The second chapter reviews the urban agriculture, strategic management, environmental analysis and other related theories, for the full study of the theoretical basis. The third chapter describes the development of urban agriculture in and abroad, and concluded five enlightenment for the development of Taiyuan urban agriculture. The urban agicultural development surroundings are analyzed in Chapter Four, meanwhile developing status, existing problems, as well as outside environment are demonstrated here. Then the means of SWOT is made use of to make analysis comprehensively, in order to offer evidences to make choices and conduct the further developing strategies. The functional orientation、developing goals、and circle level developing strategy and measures are included in Chapter Five . Chapter 6 make a summary of the full text studies, then draw conclusions. The innovation of this paper is that basing on the combination of theory and practice, and strive to learn from the successful practices of developing urban agriculture in and abroad, contact the actual situation of Taiyuan, analysis the difficulties and problems carefully, from the operational level, concrete ideas and measures to promote the healthy development of Taiyuan urban agriculture.
