中文摘要:摘 要 中国在确立市场经济的主导地位以后,经济建设得到了长足的发展,国力大增,但与发达工业国家相比,中国企业总体的管理水平仍然较低,这与中国企业发展演变的历程有关,同时与中国缺乏成熟的职业经理人经营机制有关。国务院颁布的《关于进一步加强人才工作的决定》要求“加快培养造就一批熟悉国际国内市场、具有国际先进水平的企业家和职业经理人。”这说明国家已经把职业经理人的问题上升到国家宏观战略问题来考虑,可以预见,在未来的市场环境下,职业经理人在业界的作用将越来越大。 中国经济的快速发展和结构变化,中国企业亟需大量合格、称职的职业经理人。但中国职业经理人的供应机制显然无法满足这种需求。经过三十年的改革开放,中国企业的产权归属已趋于清晰,但中国职业经理人市场的建设仍还在探索之中,因此,建设中国的职业经理人市场是个非常有意义,也是非常具有挑战性的工作,与商学院、与MBA和EMBA学员都有很大的关联度。 本文从中国职业经理人的市场轨迹和现实需求出发,分析研究目前企业选聘管理人员的方法和存在的问题,提出“平台建设”的建议,建议建立相关的组织机构和相应的职业经理人数据库,制订职业经理人的行为规范守则和薪酬制度,加强职业经理人契约管理,完善职业经理人的协调、仲裁和制约机制,积极推进中国企业的职业化管理。  
英文摘要:Abstract The financial condition and national power of China have grown a lot since Market Economy got the main position of the Chinese economy structure. But comparing with the developed industry country, the management level of the Chinese companies overall is quite lower. It is related to the development history of Chinese companies, and the lack of professional manager engaging mechanism. , a file promulgated by the State Council, required "to fasten the training of professional managers who are familiar with the international and domestic markets, and have reached an advanced international level", which shows the government has upgraded the problem of professional managers to a national macro-strategy level. As the fast development and the structural changes of Chinese economy, the companies are eager for a lot of qualified and competent professional managers, when the supply market cannot satisfy the strong demand of buyers' one. During the 30 years' Reform and opening up, the property rights had become clearer, but the building of professional manager market is still in exploring. So it is a meaningful and challenging to found the Chinese professional manager market, which is closely related to Business School and the students of MBA and EMBA. The paper begins with the track and requirement of the professional manager market, analyzing the experiences and problems of the current methods that the companies use to select and employ managers, to give out a suggestion, "platform construction", of building a related organization and corresponding database of professional managers, and to constitute the rule of conduct and pay system, so as to improve the contract management of the manager market, to perfect the harmonizing, arbitrating, and restricting mechanism, and to actively promote the professional management of Chinese enterprises.
