中文摘要：	精益六西格玛管理是近年来被企业界广泛关注的一种管理思想和方法，随着经济全球化和服务经济的不断深化，面对日趋激烈的市场竞争，企业必须适应环境，以更高质量和更精细的管理创造顾客价值，满足顾客需求。 精益六西格玛管理是六西格玛管理和精益生产管理相互融合，聚焦业务流程改进的方法体系，是一种管理哲学；可以帮助企业提高产品和服务质量，消除浪费，降低成本，提高企业竞争力。本文从六西格玛管理、精益生产管理理论出发，通过研究两种理论在摩托罗拉公司的整合与应用，探讨既有理论价值又有实际应用价值的精益六西格玛管理问题。 本文在阐明研究背景、意义、研究方法并对相关理论进行回顾评析的基础上，首先对摩托罗拉精益六西格玛管理发展演变的过程进行追踪分析，探讨了六西格玛与精益的融合过程和管理实质，进而通过对摩托罗拉精益六西格玛管理实践的分析探讨，归纳提炼出其精益六西格玛管理要素、体系、核心理念与管理模式，并进一步对摩托罗拉精益六西格玛管理的绩效和风险进行了客观的讨论，提出了规避风险的见解与策略。
英文摘要：	Lean Six Sigma Management is a kind of managerial thought and methodology that has been widely concerned by entrepreneurs in recent years. With the deepening of economic globalization and service economy, the enterprises should adapt to the environment of increasingly competitive market by means of higher quality and more precise management to create customer value and to meet customer needs. Merging the essence of Lean production and the methodology of Six Sigma, Lean Six Sigma is the management philosophy of focusing on the process improvement; Lean Six Sigma is the approach for corporations to improve quality of product& service, eliminate wastes, reduce the cost of product& service and affect the competitiveness.This thesis starts at the theory of Six Sigma and Lean Production Management that are integrated and applied in Motorola INC, and approaches the problem of Lean Six Sigma Management with both theoretical and practical application value. On the basis of explanation in research background, significance, method and the review of correlation theory, the thesis makes the tracking analysis for the development and transition of Lean Six Sigma Management in Motorola, and studies on the integrating process and management essentials of both Six Sigma and Lean Production Management, then comes to generalize the essentials, system, type and core ideas of Lean Six Sigma Management. Furthermore, the thesis makes an objective discussion on the performance and risk of Lean Six Sigma Management in Motorola, and offers the effective view and tactics on risk averse.
