| 中文摘要： | 摘 要 区域经济是国民经济的重要组成部分，是国民经济的基本单元。发展和壮大区域经济，是统筹城乡协调发展、促进工农结合、落实科学发展观的重要体现，是解决好“三农”问题，促进农民增收、农业增效、农村繁荣的基本保证，是加快工业化、城镇化和现代化的迫切要求，是保持党的先进性、巩固基层政权、提高党员领导干部执政能力的重要举措，是构建社会主义和谐社会的必然选择，它关系到我国改革、发展、稳定的大局。 本文以区域经济相关理论为指导，以太原市尖草坪区为研究对象，通过对太原市尖草坪区区域经济发展过程、现状、目标以及存在的问题进行分析，梳理出太原市尖草坪区区域经济发展的主线，并提出该区区域经济发展的实施对策。 本论文共分为六章：第一章是绪论，主要介绍论文的研究背景和研究意义、研究思路和研究框架。第二章回顾了区域经济和战略管理相关理论，为全文的研究寻求理论支撑。第三章介绍尖草坪区的区域情况，通过对尖草坪区区域现状的分析，讨论了太原市尖草坪区区域经济中存在的问题。第四章通过对太原市尖草坪区区域经济发展的环境和目标的概述从而构成该区区域经济发展的战略选择。第五章具体提出太原市尖草坪区区域经济发展战略的实施措施。第六章是结论，对本文的研究进行归纳和总结。 本文的创新点在于，通过理论与实际相结合的研究，阐述了太原市尖草坪区区域经济发展的相关情况，并从可操作的角度，对该区区域经济的发展提出对策和建议。 | |
| 英文摘要： | Abstract Regional economy is an important part of the national economy, and it’s also the basic unit of the national economy. The development and growth of regional economy is the embodiment of coordinated development of urban and rural, and it promotes the combination of agriculture and industry; it also implements the scientific concept of development .It is of great help to solve the "three rural" issue, to increase peasants’ income, and to promote agricultural efficiency. Besides it is the basic guarantee for prosperity in rural areas; it is the urgent requirement to accelerate the industrialization, urbanization and modernization; it is an important measure to maintain the party's advanced nature, to consolidate grassroots governments and improve the ability of party members and leading cadres of the ruling ;it is an inevitable choice to build a harmonious society ; it is related to Chinese reform, development and stability. This article is directed by regional economic theory, which chooses Jiancaoping District of Taiyuan as its object. It analyzes the process of regional economic development, current situation, goals, and problems and sorts out the regional economic main line of the area; finally it comes up with the measures to develop regional economy in Jiancaoping. This thesis is divided into six chapters: the first chapter is the introduction, including the research background and significance, research ideas and research framework. The second chapter reviews the regional economic and strategic management theories, which serves as a theoretical support for the research for the whole article. The third chapter describes the regional situation in Jiancaoping area, analyzes its regional economy and discusses its current problems. The forth Chapter outlines the regional economic environment and regional economic developmental aims in the area so as to constitute a strategic choice. The fifth Chapter puts forward some specific measures to develop its regional economy. Chapter VI is the conclusion of this study; that is to say the article was summarized and concluded. Innovation of this paper lies in that it combines theory and practice through research. It also describes the regional economic development circumstances relevant to Jiancaoping, and from the operational point of views it puts forward measures and suggestions. | |
