中文摘要：	摘要 钢铁工业在我国国民经济发展中居于非常重要的地位，而作为连接钢材生产企业和钢材需求企业的钢材贸易企业对于整个钢铁产业链的高效运行、对相关产业的发展繁荣乃至整个国民经济的健康运行都起着举足轻重的作用。随着经济全球化的深入以及我国市场化进程的加快，影响钢材贸易的因素越来越复杂，钢材贸易企业面临的风险也越来越突出。世界经济周期的波动、国际投机资本的进出、铁矿石价格的涨跌、国家宏观调控政策的调整、钢材市场供求的变化、行业竞争态势的加剧、企业业务模式的选择、企业业务流程及日常经营管理效率都可能使钢材贸易企业遭受风险。鉴于钢材贸易企业风险的复杂性，钢材贸易企业全面风险管理显得尤为重要。本文将基于全面风险管理理论，结合钢材贸易企业全面风险管理的现状和问题，构建钢材贸易企业全面风险管理体系，并结合作者所在的中国北方某城市大钢工贸有限公司的全面风险管理情况进行案例分析。 本文第一章是绪论，包括了研究背景、研究框架及可能的创新点。第二章回顾了全面风险管理的相关理论，介绍了风险及风险管理的概念，风险管理理论发展的三个阶段，并重点介绍了全面风险管理的基本理论框架。第三章则分析了可能对我国钢材贸易企业产生影响的风险因素以及风险管理过程中存在的问题。从第四章开始转入本文的主题，在全面风险管理基本理论框架的指导下，结合我国钢材贸易企业具体特征，构建了包括组织结构体系、风险管理流程体系、内部控制体系、管理信息系统体系及风险管理文化体系在内的钢材贸易企业全面风险管理体系。第五章结合中国北方某城市大钢工贸有限公司全面风险管理进行了案例分析。首先对大钢工贸有限公司的相关背景进行了简介，介绍了大钢工贸有限公司全面风险管理体系的构建，最后对大钢工贸有限公司全面风险管理体系进行了评价并提出相应的改进对策。第六章是本文的结论部分。
英文摘要：	Abstract Steel industry plays an important role in our national economy. To large extent, Steel trade companies which trade with steel producers and users affect the operating efficiency of steel industry chain, thus the development of steel related industries and prosperity of the whole national economy. With the development of economic globalization and marketization, the factors that influence steel trade are becoming more and more complex and the risks that steel trade companies encounter are also more prominent. These factors includes the fluctuation of the world economic cycle, the flow of international venture capital, the rapid change of iron ore price, the adjustment of macro-control policies, the change of steel supply and need, the competition of the industry, the choice of business model, the process of business and operating efficiency, etc. Given the complexity of risks that steel trade companies meet, the enterprise risk management (ERM) seems very significant. Based on the theory of ERM, this thesis analyzed the current situation and problems of ERM and built the ERM system of steel trade companies, and selected Dagang Steel Trade Co. ltd. as a case to analyze its situation of ERM. Chapter 1 is the introduction which includes research background, research framework and potential contributions. In chapter 2, this thesis reviews the related theories of ERM and their progress. Chapter 3 analyzes the current situation and problem of ERM in our steel trade companies. With the instruction of ERM theory framework, Chapter 4 constructs ERM system of steel trade companies, which includes system of organizational structure, the system of risk management progress, the system of internal control, the management information system and the system of risk management culture. In chapter 5, this thesis selects Dagang Steel Co. Ltd. as a case to analyze its ERM, including the introduction of Dagang’s background, its construction of ERM system and assessment of this system. Chapter 6 presents the conclusion.
