| 中文摘要： | 摘要 国际上融资租赁业比较发达，无论租赁规模，还是租赁业市场渗透率和租赁业务的GDP的占比均已处于较高水平。我国的融资租赁业尚处于初级阶段，与世界上其他国家存在较大差距。光大银行设立金融租赁公司，即有利于满足客户的多样化需求，解决中小企业融资难问题，又有利于银行资产结构的调整和资产质量的提高，实现光大银行业务和收入的多元化，降低金融风险，在促进自身健康稳定发展的同时，支持和促进我国金融租赁业的规范经营和快速发展。 本文主要包括四个部分：第一部分为金融租赁的相关概念介绍及国内外金融租赁业务的现状及问题；第二部分为中国光大银行设立金融租赁公司的条件和前景分析，重点从试点业务的成功经验、光大银行自身实力、租赁特征以及当前经济金融形势四个方面论述了光大银行设立金融租赁公司的可行性；第三部分为光大银行设立金融租赁公司的经营策略，主要从收入来源、市场定位、营销策略和风险管理这四个关键要素进行了详细阐述；第四部分是个金融租赁业务发展展望，从目前租赁发展阶段、政策税收、创新三个方面进行了分析。 本文的创新之处：一是系统性，本文系统论述了光大银行设立金融租赁公司的相关问题，涵盖了基本概念、设立条件、经营策略和业务发展几个关键环节和要素；二是实践性，本文充分结合了当前商业银行设立的金融租赁公司业务实践，重点论述了金融租赁公司的经营管理的重要内容；三是指导性，本文搭建了建立和经营管理金融租赁公司的具体框架，并重点论述了经营管理的重点要素，内容具体，操作性强，可以作为金融租赁公司经营管理的指导性文献。 | |
| 英文摘要： | Abstract In advanced countries, the ratio between financial leasing business and GDP takes higher rate than China. In China, financial leasing business is in its early stage, which will have a great development. Through establishing financial leasing company, China Everbright Bank(CEB) can meet customers’ demand well and resolve SMEs(small and midterm enterprises)’ financing problem. It also can improve the quality and structure of bank’s assets. Establishing financial leasing company can diversify the business type and income, which will reduce the operation risk. Furthermore, developing financial leasing companies will reduce the business risks of banks and promote the economic growth. This thesis has four chapters. In the first chapter, some concepts and the current situation of financial leasing in China and foreign countries are reduced. In the second chapter, Feasibility of establishing financial leasing companies are discussed. In the third chapter, the methods of operating and managing a financial leasing company are provided to readers. In the forth chapter, the prospects of financial leasing business are discussed. Innovation of this thesis includes: Firstly, it is a systematic introduction for the establishment of CEB’s financial leasing company. Secondly, it is a practical summary of how to manage a financial leasing company. Thirdly, it designed a feasible framework for establish a financial leasing company, which can be read as manual for a manager of financial leasing company. | |
