中文摘要: | 摘要 随着全球经济一体化的深入,越来越多的国有大型建筑企业在不断增强国内业务的同时,也开始把战略的目光瞄向全球市场。在改革开放大潮中,一批批中国企业坚持改革创新,积极实施“走出去”战略,开展对外投资、对外承包工程、对外劳务合作等对外投资合作业务,开创或正在开创属于自己的市场空间,在跨国经营中发展壮大,树立了中国品牌的良好形象,为国家赢得了荣誉。 从每年进入美国工程新闻记录(ENR)225强的数据来看,中国建筑企业发展迅猛,显示了对外承包工程的良好发展态势。 目前全球经济进入后金融危机时代,对外承包企业面对不同国家、不同地区、不同时期环境的复杂变化,必须制定一种全新的、适应当时、当地情况的战略,企业才能生存下去并持续发展。怎样的战略才能适合企业内外环境的要求?企业战略方向确立的依据是什么?如何实施发展战略?针对以上一系列问题,本论文以理论结合实际为导向,以知识管理为主线,从企业演进能力培育的角度,试图通过案例企业(中国海外集团子公司——中国建筑基础工程有限公司,简称“中建基础”)在香港30余年的成长历程中所面临的市场环境的变化、竞争要素的转移、发展战略等问题的分析,探索该公司今后的发展战略,并期望以此达到为我国国有大型建筑企业国际化经营的健康发展提供参考借鉴的目的。 本研究以竞争战略、企业知识基础及能力构筑型竞争等相关理论为基础,运用案例分析法,将对动态产业环境变化给企业经营带来机遇和威胁的一般性分析,与中建基础成长历程中的内在独特性相结合,分析探讨中建基础的动态发展战略。 本论文首先对竞争战略、企业的知识基础、能力构筑型竞争等理论进行梳理。在此基础上,分析中建基础的外部环境、内部资源和企业能力,提出知识资产管理是中建基础培育竞争能力的核心。然后通过进一步研究中建基础在香港建筑产业链上的位置、产业竞争态势以及公司的优劣势,指出中建基础公司层面的战略选择方向,并提出需采用以知识资产充分利用为导向的战略定位,才能使中建基础发挥自身优势,弥补不足,抓住市场机遇,规避竞争威胁。最后,根据SWOT分析的结论,论文提示出公司实现发展战略的实施重点及人力资源管理的制度保障。 本研究的创新之处在于以知识资产来形成能力构筑型竞争优势为主线,在竞争战略、知识资本理论和能力构筑型竞争等相关理论的指导下,综合运用“五力”模型和SWOT等战略分析工具对案例企业进行分析并提出其发展战略方向,以及对战略实施的重点进行了较为细致的阐述。由于该公司在行业中具有一定代表性,对其发展战略的研究,将对在国外拓展业务的此类国有大型企业具有一定的参考借鉴价值。 | |
英文摘要: | Abstract With the deepening of global economic integration, more and more large state-owned construction enterprises are growing domestic business, but also began to sights on global market. In the tide of reform and opening up, groups of Chinese companies persist in reform and innovation, and actively implement the "going out" strategy, engage in foreign investment, foreign contracted projects, labor cooperation overseas investment and cooperation activities, create their own market space, develop and grow in cross-border operations, and establish a good China brand image, won the honor for the country. Regarding the status of United States annual Engineering News Record (ENR) 225, Chinese construction companies developed quickly and strongly, showing the foreign contracted projects in the good momentum of development. The current global economy has entered a post-crisis era, foreign contracting companies face different countries and different regions, different times of the complex changes, to develop a new timely strategy to adapt local conditions is the method of surviving and sustainable development. What kind of strategy can meet with the requirements of internal and external environment for enterprises? what basis is Corporate strategic direction established on? How to implement development strategies? Per these questions, this paper integrate theory with practice, regard knowledge management as the main line, from the ability to cultivate business point of view, Cases tried by enterprises (China Overseas Group subsidiary - China State Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. based, the Based building foundation for short) which has more than 30 years in Hong Kong, grew up in the face of changing market conditions, competitive factors of the transfer, strategic transformation and other issues analysis, Explore the future development strategy of the company and look forward to this meet for the construction of large state-owned enterprises and healthy development of international operations to provide a reference purpose. In this study, competitive strategy, corporate knowledge base and ability to build a type of competition and other related theories, the use of case analysis, dynamic industry environment will change on business opportunities and threats of a general analysis, based on growth course with the construction of uniqueness inherent in the combination of Based growth with the construction of a unique course combining the internal analysis of the construction-based development strategies. This paper first sort out competitive strategy, corporate knowledge base, ability to build a type of competition theory. On this basis, the analysis was built based external environment, internal resources and capabilities, is the proposed construction of knowledge-based asset management training is core competitiveness. And then basis for further research in building construction industry in Hong Kong, the location of the chain, industrial competition and the company's strengths and weaknesses, pointing out that the construction of a strategic choice based on the direction of the corporate level, And proposed to be adopted to take full advantage of the knowledge-oriented assets, strategic positioning, to make the construction of the basis of their own advantages to meet the shortfall, to seize market opportunities and avoid the threat of competition. Finally, based on the conclusions of SWOT analysis, the paper proposed the company to achieve the implementation of key strategic transformation and human resources management system protection. The innovation of this study is the use of the knowledge assets of the main line, competitive strategies and capacity building in the type of competition under the guidance of the theory, the integrated use of the "five forces" model and SWOT analysis tools such as strategic business analysis of the case and put forward its development strategy.
